Amazing pedicure from Nancy. The pedicure is top notch, place is quiet plus the spa music helps you feel absolutely relaxed. The massage is fantastic. When I visited both the front and back door were opened, allowing for a gentle breeze, an absolute luxury. Really good value for money. Highly recommend.

Yes their open what a wonderful Manny Petty I received today oh Em Gee I mean the massages these women give you are just to die for and at the end of my workday that's exactly what I need I mean I wish I can go back there every day just for the massages my nails they actually they do such a great job that my nails actually last for over a month it's awesome

Don't come to Cozy Nails! This place is a UNETHICAL nor SANITIZE. There were three ladies working at the time of our visit speaking in Vietnamese. One lady had to remind the other lady to make sure to clean the foot tub because we were staring at her. Do they not clean it normally?? Should have walked out after I heard that but my husband insisted on having our treatment. They offered a "Deluxe pedicure" we refused and they weren't happy. My husband and I had a regular pedicure and I added a manicure service for myself on Friday, 10-4-19. As we were getting our pedicure, I can't help but judge these ladies by their conversation in Vietnamese. One lady referred to her client as a "****** because she had to redo her nail. Another lady giving my husband his pedicure asked if he wanted to add a 15 minute foot massage. He opted for the extra service. As they were wrapping up our treatment, one lady said to charge him $10 for the massage, another lady interjected and said "no, $12", the lady rendering the service had the final word, she said charge him $15. Then one of the lady said they should be careful just in case we were locals. One lady asked me if we were locals and I said "yes" we live in San Carlos and have our businesses in San Carlos as well. As soon as they heard that, they told each other that they should charge my husband $15 say that we're rich, we can afford it. Unbelievable! After we paid, I told them that they were running an unethical business practice. If they would have charged us fairly, instead of gaining $5 for the inflated price for the massage they would have gained $35 ($40 gratuity). Don't come to Cozy Nail Salon!!! They will rip you off at any cost.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews - I think it's a perfectly practical place! I had Nancy do acrylics with tips and gel - and they are beautiful! Sure, the place isn't the most pretty, but the job that the ladies do sure is! Thanks Nancy and team - I love them! I also like that they are open on Sundays.

This place is horrible , I will never come back or recommend it . I did my nails while I was repairing my car. The place is pretty small ( I didn't see the issue ) as I what I care is the service and their job . She messed up like 3 times no joke , cut my nails super short and I never asked her , they are not even and hurt me a couple of times , she was not gentle . At the end I told her to clean my fingers bc they were with nail polish all over and she say " I can't they are too short" I was so annoyed that I just wanted to leave this place . Don't waste your time or your money !!!!

One of the BEST pedicures I've ever had! These ladies are so kind & helpful I even received a cookie I love that I can choose my scented package of pedicure. They even stayed open a little longer to squeeze me in considering I was a walk in. Thank you ladies

Nancy and the ladies at Cozy Nails go above and beyond to be accommodating and kind. They are a small shop but they are a quality shop. They pamper you while you in excess and do not charge you and arm and a leg for it. They are all very talented nail artists and not only will you leave with great looking nails that last a long time, you will feel so refreshed and treated!! Nancy and her ladies have become dear friends because they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! They make sure that you are happy with your experience and your nails before you leave! They are really a hidden gem in San Carlos!
