We came in looking at ovens to replace our broken double oven that had been serviced multiple times without repair. Thankfully Renee was there to help us! She asked what was wrong with our current oven and who we had diagnosing the problem. Immediately she got on the phone and gave us 3 names to try 1 last time to get it fixed. She said if this doesn't work then come back and we can look at a new oven. Her recommendation fixed our oven! It's hard to find a genuine sales person looking out for your best interest and we were so lucky to find Renee.

I purchased a built-in microwave with the help of Jeff Stern at CG Appliance in October, 2023. Jeff could not have been more helpful, informative, and thorough, making sure the model I chose would fit in our cabinet before placing the order. He also kept me well informed of delivery changes. Installers were efficient and pleasant. Price was competitive with the one other vendor I checked before ordering. Highly recommend CG Appliance!

Best appliance company ever! Renee was amazing and the delivery team was extremely professional. We have other appliance deliveries through Costco, Home Depot, etc. but the customer service was so much better at CG appliance! Moreover they really knew their stuff and had equipment to prevent damage to our hardwood floors, something the other stores did not have. CG is the best!

Incredible service!! CG Appliance went way out of their way to help us with our cooktop, even though in the end we didn't spend a single penny with them. Renee is amazing, thoughtful, and helpful. If they take this much care with non-customers, you will want to be a customer. The next time we need an appliance we will definitely give CG Appliance a call.

We needed a new dishwasher and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Renee was so helpful and has a cute sense of humor which made the whole experience less stressful. We have purchased appliances from big box stores and most recently from another smaller appliance store like CG, but there is no comparison. CG will forevermore be our place to shop for appliances. The best.

This is our second major appliance purchased from CG. The combination of personal service, knowledgable, experienced staff and really quality appliances makes CG the only place I plan to purchase appliances in the future! Our 22 year old Kenmore side-by-side fridge suddenly stopped working and Renee helped us choose the best fit for us, and did some juggling so we could get an in stock unit of the model. Then Ernie made some schedule changes so we could get a next-day delivery! The whole team really helped us out and saved us from having to lose a lot of food that we had temporarily stored in ice chests and borrowed fridges. I did a lot of online research, read Wirecutter's detailed analysis, checked out some fridges at Costco, and there was no comparison. This was not the cheapest unit we could find, but I think my cost over the life of the appliance will be comparable. And if anything goes wrong, you can tell from the reviews that getting good, responsive service is increasingly difficult, and I just don't have to worry about that with CG.

I am so grateful to my salesperson, George, and the installation team (led by Juan) at CG Appliance. There was a bit of time between when my appliances arrived and when I could have them installed. CG Appliance was able to deliver my appliances and return several months later for the installation. Scheduling took a couple of weeks to get them here for installation, but it was definitely worth the wait. The installation team was prompt, careful, neat, clean, fast, and professional. They were very knowledgeable about my appliances and helped solve some problems that my contractor had not recognized before the installation team arrived. I would definitely purchase for CG Appliance again.

Went to the store in San Carlos having researched and selected a dishwasher that the CG Appliance website said they had in stock. I asked for the specific model. Sales persons there seems to be bored and sitting behind large monitors (you, the customer, are looking into the back of the monitor!). They took several minutes to determine that they didn't have the model in stock, even though their website says it was in stock. They were not able to show me what models they do have in stock, and seemed completely uninterested in actually making a sale.

Our refrigerator door fell off Thursday and we needed a quick replacement. CG had a great selection and Rod was very helpful. Renee was especially supportive & was able to "borrow" a unit from another customer with a less urgent requirement. They delivered a new unit on Monday. The delivery/ installation team were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. This was an unexpectedly pleasant experience helped immensely by the CG staff.

I'm not sure why they get such good reviews. We ordered from them based on the five stars. They installed the washer improperly. They had to have someone else come over and redo it. We made the mistake of ordering from them again. They failed again. They did not show up on the delivery date. They did not give us an updated ETA. They certainly had no problem taking our money though. If you're honest with yourself, you know that no one gets all five stars. This place has a 5 star average. Something is fishy here. Suggest you look elsewhere.

I was lucky I got help from Renee when I walked in to replace my 20+ year old dishwasher. She is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to so I can ask any issues I have in mind. My issue happened after the successful installation (by the way, the purchase, delivery and installation was so smooth and right on time, which is rare). I knew the case was not something Renee was handling since her role as a sale person ended at the installation, but she was the only person I had to call. Basically, I said Help Me. She went outside of her role and gave me all the information on how to get to help and what kind of help I needed. Within 2 days, everything was resolved. I recommend anybody to visit CG Appliances in San Carlos.

Renee gave us an excellent and through orientation using a floor sample of Thermador dishwasher we had selected, which led to us buying the new Thermador dishwasher. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, responsible and caring. The dishwasher was installed and we had trouble running the appliance. Within hours she scheduled a technician to come over and we learned that we were using the wrong detergent. Recently, we found a loos screw that had fallen off the mounting surface, again she sent her technician within hours when I sent her a text message asking for help. Thank you Renee for treating us with so much care, we have great respect for you. We highly recommend Renee at CG appliance and we sure will know where to get our appliances in the future. I have been a customer of CG Appliance in San Carlos for many years. Renee Warren has helped me with many purchases including the purchase of our kitchen appliances for a kitchen remodel that was completed in the last six months. Through it all, Renee has provided stellar service and a positive attitude. She is a ray of sunshine. She goes above and beyond to answer questions and make a customer happy. We ordered a dishwasher from CG and were happy with both the product and the service we received. Since we had a dead dishwasher at home, time was critical. They performed quickly and efficiently on a model that's very difficult to get in even a couple months elsewhere. Moreover, they gave us worthwhile advice on some dealings we were having with another appliance store. These folks will have the first shot at our future business.
