After a locksmith failed to re-assemble my driver's side door lock and then ghosted me, my insurance referred me to Caliber. Max and his tech reviewed the case before I arrived and within 20mins had me back on the road. Free of charge! I was so grateful that Caliber managed to transform some really bad Karma into a delightful experience. Thank you so much, Max and Sherri!

We were more than pleased with Caliber and team during our recent experience of having our Acura MDX repaired after suffering an accident. The office is professional, empathetic, respectful to customer's needs & stressful circumstances. The service was done beautifully without any issues. Our 2012 Acura was treated like a Rolls Royce as we were as their clients. They were responsive, on time, no excuses and went over and above. We hope we don't have another need for body shop, but if we do, we know to come to Caliber Collision.Services: Welding

Shari, James, Jose, and Matthew all deserve a huge shoutout for their customer service.This is the 2nd accident I have been in this year (not at fault) and I was able to get my car in and out for repair within 2 weeks, not to mention they made my car look shiny brand new with a car wash!Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

After a minor scrape, I went looking for a repair. We have a high deductible, it was a minor job and the guy who hit us lied to the insurance so I figured the repair was on us. I checked with a couple of local shops to pay it out of pocket. They were both friendly and gave me a quote. Both said I could bring it in the following week and it'd take 4 days. After talking with my agent, he said to submit the claim and it wouldn't effect our premium so I did. I stopped by Caliber Collision, (large corporate chain), after Farmers Insurance recommended them as an approved shop which would make the whole experience a lot easier. What a mistake. I walked in and the two people behind the counter gave me a look like, "what does he want?". Another employee turned around and looked at me with the same look. I told him I was a Farmers client and I was sent here for my repair. He asked me what I wanted. Ummmm, to look at the car and see what you'll do, when I can bring it in and how long it will take. "Oh, you'll have to make an appointment..." "I just want you to take a quick look at it..." "You'll have to make an appointment..." "Why, I just want a quick look at it..." "To give you better service" "Ummm, OK, when can I make an appointment?" THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS 2 WEEKS LATER! He looked at me like I didn't have a choice. I said I'd think about it. I did have a choice, and I'm never going to step foot inside Caliber Collision again! I recommend to use a locally owned shop where you'll be treated as a good customer like you deserve.

After getting in an auto accident from a fender bender, my insurance company recommended getting the car fixed here since it was one of their preferred in-network auto shops and would be able to handle all the insurance aspects without my involvement. They are appointment only and can become quite busy so make sure to call them as soon as you can to make an appointment. They were very nice and turnaround time was about 2 weeks. Everything was fixed nicely and you can't even tell any damage was done. If you rent a car, you can actually drop it off with them, which is a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend them and know I can trust them if I ever run into another auto issue.

I highly recommend this place if you are considering repair work for your vehicle. My car needed some repairs and all my interactions with the staff there were very helpful and efficient. Max the estimator gave a very appropriate estimate for cost and James, the branch manager, went above and beyond to make sure that I get my car fixed up in a timely manner so I can get it back just before the weekend. Their communications with clients were phenomenal and it has been a great experience. Big thank you to James !

Mixed review. In person they are very nice and helpful. However when calling over the phone to confirm details of service, nobody can answer any questions.. they say they'll have someone call back that can answer the questions but never call back... had to follow up with them on several occasions just to confirm a few minor details of an estimate.

Needed a repair that got overly complicated by insurance company and Caliber was amazing! Great service, reasonable price, high quality work. And Max is a rarity - wonderful communicator and very helpful. I highly recommend to anyone!

Had to have my hood resprayed multiple times and on the side where the fender was replaced the door squeaks when opening and closing. You shouldn’t have to have your hood resprayed three times ever, they rushed it and tried to tell me the work was complete when clearly their patchy paintwork was visible. 2/5 because at least it eventually was fixed, albeit a week after the date promised and multiple trips back and forth for the resprays.
