Very thorough, helpful service.I once had a very tricky, intermittent problem with my convertible top. The BMW dealership could get it to work for a bit, and then it would fail. Bimmers worked on my car for several days until they got it completely fixed. Years later, it hasn't failed since.

I highly recommend Bimmers 100% Chris and Dominic are friendly, super helpful, flexible to schedule appointments, punctual in calling me to pick up my car when they promise and I trust them 100% A couple months ago my car needed a water pump replacement. I came back last week for the oil change and brake fluid service. I appreciate your excellent skills.

I got new air strut for my 2016 BMW 7series in different car shop, and after some time I started to feel noise out of it. I called to Bimmers Service, they asked me to come for inspection. Chris was very polite, we took a car for a short test drive, after that he got me for inspection. He inspected suspension quickly and made a professional description of the problem. He charged me almost 50% less then inspection costs since he found problem quickly. Company which sold me a strut shipped the new one according to warranty.I was very surprised by this professional and human-focused attitude to clients. Definitely recommend and would definitely come again for other works.

These guys have been great with my Mini Countryman, BMW 135i and Land Rover LR3. All are older models with about or over 100K miles and I hate dealing with car dealers. Chris has given me sound advice to save me money and Dominque just today walked around the block to help me jump my LR3. Good guys that I trust.

Chris is the best! I had ordered a factory upgrade kit for my MINI and after the dealership failed to program it correctly, he was able to figure it out and get everything working. These guys also are always super helpful w scheduling, and were able to accommodate me so well. They do exceptional work and are super reasonable on pricing. I can’t recommend them highly enough and wish more shops were as friendly and helpful as they are!

Bimmers Independent Service was a referral from a friend and fellow BMW enthusiast who has serviced all his BMWs here. I took my Z3 in for a checkup and was pleased with the crew given their extensive BMW knowledge with older models. Also, everyone was exceptional with customer service and made me feel very welcomed and heard for what I was looking. I would definitely recommend this shop for any enthusiast owner that wants competent, knowledgeable and attention to detail.
