Time for a replacement/upgrade! We updated a 2014 BeautyRest Comfor-Pedic with a 2024 Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze. Kevin (along with Jose for the delivery) was friendly, professional, and provided good value.

I was looking for a new mattress for my teenage daughter. I shopped around looking at different brands and prices. I had been extremely frustrated after online research on so many different mattress brands. Then my friend referred me to Bedroom & More San Carlos. I was so happy with Kevin's customer service and his thoughtfulness. He explained in details about different mattress brands and prices. He guided me to the prefect mattress for my daughter at great price. I bought the mattress that Saturday. Kevin worked out the delivery around my busy work schedule. That next Monday night our new mattress was delivered & on time as scheduled. Who can ask for more!!!! Thank you Kevin for above and beyond service you provide!

I am so happy with this purchase! The service was over the top and I cannot express how amazing the quality their furniture pieces are. I was so impressed with their prices. I got the Copeland furniture for this room and it is beautiful along with a tempurpedic mattress. A huge plus was that they do in house delivery. Their prices are hard to beat for what you get. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend!

My wife and I visited Bedroom & More yesterday partly from previous reviews and partly because they carry the American Leather recliners we were shopping for. I had already spent an extensive amount of time researching the recliners because we were looking for the highest quality recliners we could find. We came across them while vacationing out of town but felt we wanted to deal with a local mom and pop store in our area. I thought I knew everything that I needed to know to make an educated decision. When we entered the store we were met by Kevin who took us to the chairs on display. He asked if we minder learning about the chairs and I said sure why not. Turns out I only had about a half knowledge of these amazing chairs. We learned about their history and what makes them so different than other recliners. Kevin spent so much time about the mechanical features of the chairs and then it was on to the leathers and the choices. We did place our order but not until we had all of our questions answered and totally confident about which chairs and leather was best for our needs. A previous reviewer had stated that Kevin and Bedroom & More was how business used to be. I could not agree more so if your looking for a high quality recliner, sofa sleeper, or a bed and you want to know exactly what your getting and paying for, plus you want to deal with a store and sales the way it used to be and SHOULD be, I can not recommend this establishment and owner enough. Plus we felt the prices were very fair and we loved that each item in the show room had the prices prominently displayed. There was no pushy sales only a sharing of knowledge.

I have never been a customer of Bedroom & More, San Carlos. I was referred to them to ask if they could help with a repair for an American Leather sleeper sofa I had purchased at Macy's years ago. The sofa was damaged by a mover. Macy's was completely useless, as was American Leather Customer Service. I tried about 20 handymen, furniture repair places, etc. to no avail. Then I called Bedroom & More and spoke first to the lovely Trin, and then to her husband Kevin. They were AMAZING. They seemed to really care about me, my problem, my sofabed, and tried to help solve the problem. Kevin actually did research on his own, and called his personal American Leather representative on our behalf. Keep in mind that this took him time, effort, and showed great resourcefulness, with no monetary benefit! The American Leather rep gave us guidance to solve the problem and order the broken part. Kevin and Trin, at Bedroom & More, embody the type of individuals we USED to see, devoted to the customer, eager to help, kind and caring. I cannot recommend them or their store highly enough. Five stars are not enough. If you are in the market for a product they sell, I urge you to give them your business. You will be treated beautifully and respected and feel valued. I certainly intend to shop at Bedroom & More in San Carlos the next time I am in the market for one of their offerings.... WOW, just WOW. Customer service award of the year!!!

During this summer's mattress sales, we started shopping for a new mattress and bed frame. We like to shop locally when possible, and generally prefer mom-and-pop stores vs big chains, although sometimes they have limited inventory. After looking at many ads, reviews, and websites, we decided to start right here in San Carlos at Bedroom & More. We walked in on a weekday and were immediately impressed with the large inventory including all of the major brands we were considering. Kevin, the owner, greeted us and spent the next two hours answering our questions about the differences between brands, materials, types of construction, and quality levels, while giving us plenty of time to just relax on different mattresses. After narrowing our choice to two mattresses, and going back and forth between them many times, we ended up with the perfect mattress at a great price. No rush and no pressure, overall a great experience.

Worth the drive. We were considering buying an American Leather sleeper-sofa and wanted to try one out before buying. We called around to find who had them in stock on the showroom floor. Most places had only model, a few had two or three. Kevin had at least ten different models! We got to try out for ourselves all of the different options - cushion material, mattress options, leg height etc. Kevin was patient and clear in walking us through the choices and by the end our visit, we felt confident we knew which sofa would work best for us. The process of ordering and delivery all went very smoothly and we are, in fact, happy with our purchase.
