I’ve used Bayshore recently due to a house project for lights and replacing an older sink part. Great attentive service no matter how much I spent and willing to go the extra mile to help me get a part one day by staying after closing time. I’ll be using them much more in the future.

Two stars only because they might have something in stock. I'm a contractor. I spend hundreds of thousands a year on materials, but as little as possible and this rip off joint. I ONLY GO HERE AT VERY LAST RESORT. Their prices are TWICE OR MORE HIGHER than across the street or most other places. I really laugh when they often say "we can order it." lol. Dude. It's 2023, I can order it for MUCH cheaper and get it here faster. The counter staff is improving. They've had a long history of being slow, rude and surely. Seriously EFFF THIS PLACE

I am a contractor and over time I have noticed that BAYSHORE supply is over priced on many items compared to other wholesale suppliers and I do not recommend this business.

Excellent selection of lighting fixtures, excellent selection of plumbing fixtures. Beautiful showroom and great customer service. Ask for Michael or Bob in showroom, tell 'em Such Inc sent you!

Good service, but when I cancelled an order. They charged a 25% “restocking fee.” they are Penny wise, pound foolish. Not ordering anything from them again.

Mike made it easy for me to find replacement bulbs for some that had been discontinued. They are from another brand but have the same specs AND lower cost.

I was shopping for a new Toto toilet and came across Bayshore on the Toto website. They had one of the best selections of Toto toilets and all the information taped to each model. The other showrooms omit this information. I had an unusual situation since the tile floor under my toilet was damaged, and I would not know the extent, until the new toilet was being installed. Amandeep allowed me to purchase two, each with a different size base, and allowing me to return the one that did not work out. She processed my full return the next day. She also recommended the Gert from Bell Plumbing; who was awesome!!!! Amandeep is amazingly responsive and positive and accommodating with every request. I highly recommend Bayshore Supply and working with Amandeep.

I’m seeing varying reviews here, but I have a great experience every time.The key is working with Taylor for any electrical needs. Super knowledgeable and great customer service. He’s always digging through catalogs to help me come up with clever solutions for custom projects.Appreciate you guys.

I have been using Bayshore for quiet sometime. Usually the San Carlos and San Francisco location. Both the locations are great at getting resources and information. Really helpful in figuring out what material you'll need and they are quick on call in orders. When ordering parts for speed it's best to know what you need and you will get in and out quick. Overall, I will definitely be using Bayshore for a very long time.

Horrendous experience, borderline fraudulent - use any other Bayshore Supply location if possible.I made the trip from the East Bay to pick up two items for our electrician that he paid for at another location with the understanding that these two items were available and would be picked up in San Carlos. When I told the sales associate that they had been paid for, and showed him a photo of the receipt, he said he looked up the information and they weren't paid for and charged me. I thought well maybe my guy was wrong, this associate should know better with the screen in front of him. When I confirmed again later that it was paid for and called back, I spoke to the same associate and requested a refund -- he said, yeah, yeah, I have the info right here and it will go back to your credit card...as if the screen was still up with my information after an hour had passed. Are you kidding me? My electrician had to call but I am concerned he got the same associate...while on the phone, my electrician asked if they had another item in stock and the sales associate said that they couldn't look up if items are in stock. What?! Now, I am stuck with extra time and effort to cancel the charge or see if I can get it refunded from the other location and deducted from my final electrical work bill. It has been a long time since I have experienced blatant lying and lack of professionalism in this manner.

Came in twice with no mask and fully vaccinated. Third time older guy behind the counter made me wear a mask. Fourth time in a older lady that I guess works there had no mask and another customer plus the older gentleman that made me wear a mask was mask less. If you're going to I force you're mask rule at least have everyone one else and yourself wear one. You can't just pick and choose who you want wearing one.

I have been coming to Bayshore Supply for 17 years-and the staff are always knowledgeable, professional and friendly, both retail and service parts. Richard and Eleni are phenomenal- they REALLY know the details of the array of merchandise. The “new” (a couple of years already) store is very spacious, functional with some beautiful sample displays.
