I had a fantastic experience working with Oscar at B.A.B. Auto Body, after receiving a recommendation from Toole's Garage. They fixed the damage to my car new car that was sideswiped in a parking lot so that it looks like new, did it on an accelerated timeline, and dealt with annoying delays from my insurance company. Oscar made the whole process so easy for me! I couldn't recommend them more!

Last month, somebody stole my 2006 Volvo xc90 from outfront of my house. They kept it for 30 days before the police found it. My car was in good condition prior to this but when I got my car back, it was scratched and dented everywhere. It looked like it had come back from WW2. It was so bad, I didn't think I'd be able to get it fixed. I talked to Oscar at BAB and got a good feeling about the company just after talking to him. The next day I went back to see their work and I was impressed. These guys take care and pride in their work - something you just don't find anymore. The day I went, they were sanding down a 54' Chevy. The before and after difference was what made me realize that this was the company I wanted to work with. You wouldn't have even known it was the same truck. They have outstanding painters. They really know how to paint which I feel that is critical to body work. That is why I choose to take my car to BAB Auto Body and Painting. I cannot stress enough how bad my car was. There were gashes and scratches all over the doors, hood, sides, rear end, etc. When I got my car back, it looked almost nicer than before it was damaged. The paint was immaculate. About 9 years ago, I had Chris at Summit Auto Body in Belmont paint my car. When I went trying to get estimates for the repairs, 3 shops denied me because they said the previous paint hadn't been done correctly. They said it had been done so poorly that they said they couldn't do it without sanding the car down. Thank you Oscar Hernandez and your team! You guys did outstanding work - it is so hard to find honest people that take pride in their work so I am thankful to have found you all.

Someone cracked my bumper in the Safeway parking lot, and did not leave a note claiming responsibility. I went to BAB Auto Body, as they had a convenient location to my house, and found Oscar to be quick and professional with giving me an estimate for my bumper to be replaced, rather than repaired, as he knew that the crack would get worse. I gave him the go ahead to order a new bumper, which he did, no deposit requested, and when it came in, he texted me to let me know I could bring in my car. He had the bumper replaced and the car washed and vacuumed out in less than 24 hours. Really great work and really nice experience.
