subaru certified shop, does good work. time estimates seem to be best case scenario and can easily slip due to parts shipping delays, etc.

Our car was damaged on the side and the door and a few other parts needed to be replaced. We have been going to Avenue Auto Service for years and have always experienced great customer service. Aaron is always nice to work with and the repairs done on our car exceeded expectations. Always receive high quality work and customer service. Highly recommend Avenue Auto Service.

How can you backup in a parking lot that fast? Well, I was sitting in my car parked enjoying my Starbucks; my engine off. Then bang and my car shook sideways as an SUV whacked my left rear bumper leaving a two fist sized dent. Really? After taking pictures and getting driver information, from the parking lot, I called my insurance to open a claim against the other drivers insurance. As we completed the claim information exchange, I asked who is on their "happy list of repair businesses". They referred me to Avenue Auto Service in San Carlos. I said great! I will go there. As I hung up my phone still parked in that parking lot, Avenue Auto called me!!!! Wow!!! That was fast!!!
I drove directly from the scene of the dent to Avenue for them to gather pictures and estimated damage. I agreed to let them handle this claim! The rest was magic! My car was driveable (just a dent), so I went home. They did the claim magic and ordered parts. About 3 weeks later, parts arrived and they contacted me to come-in for the repair. It did take about a week, but, that is reasonable based on past experiences with car repairs. They called to come get my car and it looks great! I could not tell anything ever happened!
Avenue Auto Service was prompt, efficient, friendly and professional! I can highly recommend them and will take all future (OK, let's hope that is never) repairs to them!

I had the misfortune of being involved in an accident in which I was on the receiving side of a rear end accident. In working with my insurance carrier (AAA), I was provided a list of pre-authorized shops from which to choose. After doing my research & visiting my top 2 choices, I began working with Avenue Auto Service, and could not have made a better choice. My adjuster, Steve Martinez was knowledgable, professional & a great communicator; both in person & over email. He did an excellent job of setting expectations on cost, schedule & worked well w/AAA to get approvals to proceed with the work. In the end, the resulting invoice was fair and they beat the projected delivery date by a day. Avenue also has a terrific working relationship with Hertz, so picking & handing back the rental car could not have been more convenient. Top marks to all involved with my repair process.

avenue auto services was the absolute best from the moment the tow company recommended i send my subaru there to the moment i picked it up today. super professional. seriously red carpet service. they let me know at every juncture what was happening and what came next. i had the feeling i was in great hands and didn’t need to advocate for myself bc i had an advocate in the coordinator i was as assigned to. picked up my car today and there were pleasant surprises and she was spotless! and i found out they can service my car which i did not know. the dealer recommended a very expensive large service was due right before the accident i had with it. based on very low mileage id way rather go with what avenue said i would need and so made an appt to go back. i would not hesitate to recommend avenue auto and greg in the auto body shop, especially if you have a subaru or alignment issues! (not the the exclusion of other cars or issues)
