Been doing wash here several times due to convenience and the service quality varies from good to poor. Today is was so so as they missed few spots vacuuming.

They do a great job cleaning interior and extra of the cars. The
wait time has been less than 20 minutes which makes it reasonable.

Karin is the guy. He makes sure every single thing is taken care of. He goes over and beyond every time - people get upset at this Carwash for missing lil spots here and there but come on no one is perfect - this place at least will fix their mistakes if given the chance -

Brought my car once. In 2021 or so. Never went back again. Paid for external wash. Very expensive, but ok, I knew that. Took them about 2 hours!!!! I work from home, back then I barely used my car, in general I still barely ever use my back seat. Apparently they had soaked my backseat floor. I found out about a week later, and of course it was mouldy. My problem isn't that they soaked it but that they concealed it. That's probably what took them about 2hrs, I even saw them arguing at some point when I was waiting.

I strongly dislike giving negative reviews, but after seeing that the most recent reviewer had the same issue as I did, I feel compelled. Took my car here on Wednesday afternoon. I paid $50 for the Platinum Special and this is how I got it back (see pics)+ water bottles and a crumpled tissue. Unfortunately a friend picked it up so it wasn’t inspected in time to be addressed.m on the spot. I called the manager just to let the manager know what had happened and he blamed me for leaving without inspecting it and for having a dirty car. He was very willing to give me a free wash to fix it, as he continued to blame me.

Kareem, the manager, is a good person and likes to keep his customers happy. The crew does a good job and will spot clean areas of importance to you. You'll be happy with your car wash. The place is in a clean, spacious, and safe area.

Paid $50 for what? Didn’t even vacuum the floors. Got home and saw that there was a bunch of garbage behind the seats

tl;dr trust those negative comments and don’t come.
I used to come to this place a lot for car wash. They used to do a great job, but right now it’s pure scam. Ignoring all the recent negative comments I still gave it a shot, and found out those bad reviews are all true. Paid about 40 dollars for a car wash just to find out nothing was cleaned, there are dusts all over the interior, exterior is even worse, they must use some used towel to wipe the car and there were still dirts everywhere and even some newly introduced grimes all over the place and I had to stand there and point them out one by one so the poor guy can clean them. Those lazy people don’t even bother to use a little chair as step so they can reach some spots like they used to do.
I won’t come back to this place ever again.

Best brushless car wash. Detail is excellent, but can’t do it that often, but prices are fair. Customer service is excellent.
