Fantastic selections of beautiful tiles, great customer service, competitive pricing. Cynthia was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from tile selection, layout and grout colors. Can’t recommend them enough!

We had been to several tile stores and could not find what we wanted. We went the Artistic Tile and Stone and found the styles, colors and trim. We were so impressed with how much they knew in calculating the amount needed, the grout etc. Daniel helped us as well as Cynthia. I HIGHLY recommend them as your first, and last stop when looking for tile.

We remodeled several bathrooms and Jennifer Martyn guided us in choosing tiles that went well with the vanities we had also purchased from AT&S. Jennifer has a keen eye for colors and design and was spot on with her suggestions. She even helped us with paint colors for the walls. Jennifer was responsive and communication was good. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully. Thank you Jennifer.

Incorrect or damaged orders, lack of visibility and an astounding lack of responsiveness made dealing with AT&S frustrating and disappointing. Considering the cost of the goods, I would have expected better customer service.

I love AT&S. The team as a whole is fantastic. They have tons of tile to choose from (for every budget), which makes choosing your tile almost impossible—but not at AT&S. I worked with Jennifer; she helped guide me based on things I saw that I liked, and together (also with some amazing suggestions from Cynthia), we found the tiles that I love. With Jennifer's help, I was able to put together two amazing bathrooms. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I only wish I had more to renovate; I will miss the fun chats at the store.I also want to shout out to Maria, she is so friendly and helpful ☺️Oh, and not to forget Dude(sp?) Love him!Highly recommend.

Specializes in tile for walls and backsplash. Lots of artistic, colorful selections, small tiles for mosaics or a truly customized installation. There are a few model spaces inside (kitchen, bathroom vanities) to help you visualize your selection.You'll need to walk up to someone to ask for help. The employees inside were busy helping another customer or at their desks.

Very helpful, knowledgeable. I also enjoyed speaking with the owner quite a bit. I'm glad they parlayed their situation into a permanent location. Anytime I need tile I will only stop in one place.

We had an outstanding experience with Cynthia and her team at ATS. We bought our countertop, backsplash and floor tile from her, and had her contractor install the countertop. Cynthia was an invaluable asset in our kitchen remodel. She spent a lot of time helping us choose a combination of materials that fit our taste and space, and that was available within the necessary time frame. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and a very good eye. She was also excellent at communicating with us and following up with suppliers to make sure products were in stock and delivered on time. The contractor she works with for countertop fabrication is experienced and capable and got the job done within a tight timeline. We always felt we were in excellent hands with Cynthia. On top of that, ATS' showroom is the best we found between SF and San Carlos (some of the photos on Yelp are of their old showroom). Highly recommend!

An amazing selection of tile! We searched tile stores in cities from Dublin, Pleasanton, San Leandro, Fremont, Hayward, and Redwood City until finding AT&S in San Carlos. The team at AT&S were professional and handled our project flawlessly, delivering the tile when promised. Tile is expensive but we were so happy to finally find the perfect tile to redo our fireplace façade and hearth.

My wife and I had a great experience working with the team at Artistic Tile & Stone. We were doing our first remodel which included a bathroom, kitchen and deck.Anyone who's walked a nice tile store knows there is no shortage of choices. Cynthia did a wonderful job of understanding what we were after and then helped lay out some options for us to make final selections of tile, countertops, mirror, and a toilet. She also introduced us to tile combos that we unlikely would not have come up with on our own. Guests are very complimentary of the finished product.When we realized we needed more tile and it had been discontinued (and wasn't in stock anywhere) Cynthia tracked down vendor Sales Reps and other stores who still had samples that they could no longer sell. We really appreciated the team going the extra mile.We wholeheartedly endorse AT&S and suggest others stop by.

AT&S has been a great resource for us during our house remodel. We have a large project, and purchased a bathroom vanity, tile and flooring, kitchen counter tops, backsplash, laundry flooring and counter tops (stone and porcelain slabs) with excellent advice from design consultant Jennifer Martyn. Jennifer went above and beyond, spending lots of time with us and even some of her precious time off to go to various warehouses across the bay area to find the perfect stone for our project. She is passionate about her work and it truly shows. ATS itself has a wealth of quality tile and stone products to choose from. We recently returned to pick up some additional tile, got on- the- spot design advice from designer Cynthia and purchased a beautiful Robern medicine cabinet for one of the bathrooms. Highly recommend this business. Check it out for your project.
