I purchased an office chair from Arranged for Comfort for almost $900 in August 2021. The chair was finally delivered in December 2021. In April 2022 I reported to Arranged for Comfort that my chair was broken. In July of 2022, a repairperson came to fix the chair but did not have the correct part. In November 2022, a repairman was scheduled to come fix the chair but did not show because of a scheduling mistake. In January 2023, I spoke to the store manager in person and asked for my money back. The manager promised me that she would arrange to swap my broken chair for a chair in their showroom during the week of Januay 23, 2023. I never heard from the store or the store manager again and it's February 2 21, 023! I have not had a good experience with either the store or their product. My experience with this store has not been good.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ARRANGED4COMFORT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIFIC AND A TOTAL SHITSHOW. TL;DR - This was literally the *worst* business experience I have had in my entire 40 years of existence. Especially for what would have been a $1000 purchase. I'm 4' 9.5" tall, and according to the ergonomic specialist consultant I hired from Ergobility, the "ergonomic chair" Arranged4Comfort fit me to was apparently designed for a ~6 foot tall big man with broad shoulders and large pecs -- not my petite female body type whatsoever. (SEE PICS!) Arranged4Comfort does not seem to understand that technical ergonomics means it needs to fit your body's measurements. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ERGONOMIC CHAIRS. A second local ergonomic chair rep from a different company told me that the Arranged4Comfort demo chair they fit to me made me look like "Game Of Thrones"! Aranged4Comfort owner Susan ignored me the entire time when I set up a joint appointment with her and employee Virginia to get her opinion on my chair fitting. They also *repeatedly* thought they could literally show up at my house on only a few hours' notice for chair drop off / pickup -- ignoring my clearly-stated availability I gave them. Review: Long story short (so much more went wrong with this store that I don't even have space to go into all of it!) - I had to cancel the $1000+ chair order for the chair Arranged4Comfort "ergonomically" fit me to, after a certified ergonomics consultant from Ergobility informed me that the demo chair Arranged4Comfort fit me to was COMPLETELY wrong for my body type - 4' 9.5" tall. He said the chair back (the "FTx" chair back mentioned in the email below) was really meant for a 6' tall man with broad shoulders and a barrel chest. The independent ergonomics consultant said he cannot recommend the FTx chair back to me with my stature and body type. That's the ergonomic chair Arranged4Comfort "expertly" fit me to -- and was about to charge me $1000+ for. Disgusting. This is AFTER I scheduled an appointment with the owner Susan directly, given concerns I had from my first fitting with employee Virginia, who does not seem to understand that technical ergonomics depends on body measurements - and Susan COMPLETELY ignored me during the appointment I had scheduled with her. Instead she just ignored me and passed me off to her employee Virginia again. Even though I emailed her with a highly detailed list of my ergonomic needs and body proportions, owner Susan did NOT offer any ergonomic advice whatsoever during my appointment with her. She barely even talked to me. I told her when I canceled my order: "I emailed the Ergobility ergonomics consultant the screen shot of Virginia's email where she said "The FTx is for whomever it feels the best for. So yes it can work for petite, in between, and tall" (What?!) and "you will feel the pushing sensation on the back because keep in mind, this is the first time your body is in a chair that fits your curves correctly, the chair is providing support where it was lacking before." He had me sit in the Arranged4Comfort loaner chair and looked at me and evaluated me, and explained to me that the FTx is designed for a *completely* different body type than I have (or even than he has). He said it's really designed for big and tall men with broad shoulders and chest, in order to help them open up their chests. He also explained that the person's head is meant to go above the top of the chair, and mine clearly does not. He said he cannot recommend the FTx chair back to me with my stature and body type. "I'm appalled, horrified, and frustrated that after literally *5 hours* of my time spent in consultation with Arranged4Comfort, over 2 separate appointments that I set up with *both* of you, and trying to solicit *both* your opinions, that I was fit to a chair back engineered for a far taller person, with a completely different body type than I have. A very sloppy store. The Saturday hours shown on google search and yelp are from 11am -3pm. I arrived at the store in San Carlos at 11:10am and found that the store is not open. The hours sign on the store also shows that the store is open at 11am on Saturday. I called the number listed on the store banner and the lady over the phone seemed confused and stated that it is by appointment only. I was more confused and told her that the store sign clearly doesn't say it's by appointment only! Then the lady said that she thought I'm in San Francisco since the phone number listed on the San Carlos store banner actually belongs to San Francisco store, which is by appointment only. Great. The lady then called the person who's supposed to be in the San Carlos store and said that person is on her way since the San Carlos store doesn't open on Saturday until 12pm! Is it this hard to update your store hours and phone number? Such a waste of my time.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with ergonomic recommendations. I was able to test out various ergonomic Mouse options with my computer. They were very patient and answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision.

Susan at Arranged4Comfort has been working with our offices for years and years, and there is no one like Susan in the world. Susan is caring, she takes her time with you to make sure you're a comfortable as can be. And she is NEVER a sales person. She only wants to make you as comfortable!
I visited her office today for a personal chair fitting. Her and her assistant we're WONDERFUL. Susan knew me so well that she had a special chair in mind just for me. It took about 20 minutes and I was on my way. She gives options and tells you which she thinks is best based on your posture, body type, and more.
It is the best experience. I HIGHLY recommend Susan and Arranged4Comfort!!

I have a bad back and spend much of my day in front of my computer. After purchasing 3 other chairs that didn't make any difference I finally wanted a specialized chair for my condition. If you want an expert fit, you need to visit Arranged4comfort. Her entire focus is ergonomic and correct posture. My my chair has made a huge difference! It was a day and night experience for me. She also has tables that raise up, which will be my next purchase. She's very friendly and knowledgeable in seating positions and what is good for your posture. Highly recommended!! It's worth a trip to San Carlos to get the right help. Chris
