Love the team at Arc and the products they produce! I was leading a project to design and publish a colorful annual report for our small school district. The professionalism of the staff at ARC San Carlos is something hard to find anymore. They understand the urgency of your needs and meet the deadlines they agree to. The front counter folks are friendly and easy to work with. They listen to what you want, and you actually get what you ask for. On top of all of this their holiday decorations are the bomb.

ARC San Carlos is the best blueprinting place around. I have known the staff for years going back to when they were in Sunnyvale and Mountain View. I place my blueprint order, it is done at the snap of the finger and delivered with an hour or less. If I have a problem, they will compensate you in any way possible. I have never once had any issues with them.Lets see, all I can say is I love the staff and all they do for me. thank you Scott Brawley, Linda Rico, Steve Wright, Rudy Castaneda. Keep up the awesome work all! Here's to many more years!
