“We came in looking at ovens to replace our broken double oven that had been serviced multiple times without repair. Thankfully Renee was there to help us! She asked what was wrong with our current oven and who we had diagnosing the problem. Immediately she got on the phone and gave us 3 names to try 1 last time to get it fixed. She said if this doesn't work then come back and we can look at a new oven. Her recommendation fixed our oven! It's hard to find a genuine sales person looking out for your best interest and we were so lucky to find Renee.”

“My 10-year old Bosch dishwasher started beeping. Bob attended. Charged $190. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty flow meter. He said that the work to replace the flow meter would be quite costly, and might just reveal another fault. He recommended that we replace the machine. However, we decided to buy a replacement flow meter, which cost just less than $40. After two hours of our own labour, our machine is working fine. Still, we appreciate the correct diagnosis.”

“This rating is for one employee at this Home Depot's Customer Service Center. Ariel was handling my issue regarding an important lost item. He contacted the Lost and Found Department by phone and had to wait for a response. Almost 15 min later, no one from L & F called. He called again and waited maybe 5 min, when he decided to check on the issue himself. I told him I would be in the the garden seed packet section of the store for a bit and then come back. Another 10 or 15 min later, he rushed up to me (apparently he had been looking for me) to let me know that L & F did not have my missing item - but he assured me that EVERY section of 'The Vault' was searched, and that he was very sorry. My strong impression of Ariel was that he was kind, understanding, and caring. I have not had that kind of service at Home Depot in a long time, but it was good to know there ARE good people there, despite the greedy upper mucky-mucks controlling how the business is managed.”

“I had the best experience with sales/customer service person, 'Anthony'.Not only was he courteous and knowledgeable about a few items I needed , he knew the exact location and even walked me to them!THIS is the kind of service that is needed these days!I hope management recognizes this incredible young man on their team and when promotions are given, Anthony deserves two!I'll most definitely cut my Lowes card in half and be back to your store!Thanks Anthony!”
