A3 Tile helped me every step of the way to select and purchase tile for my bathroom remodel. I wanted a tile that had a small hexagon shape for shower and a larger hexagon shape for floor. I was able to browse in their showroom without being questioned about who my designer was. They were very helpful when I had questions. I had to borrow samples to see the tile at home. The ordering process was easy and they helped me with grout colors. My contractor did a horrible job of installing the floor tile and the heating system. We found a great tile installer to redo the floor and heating system and A3 was great. They are also experts on the heated floor system.

Great store to get your tile from. It doesn't look as fancy as some other stores in the area but they are effective! One of the salespeople Phil helped me find a matching tile for my bathroom from memory. A3 didn't have the tile on display but he was able to identify the manufacturer. Compare this to my experience going into two other shops looking for this tile where I was offered display tiles that were nowhere near a close match.

Phil and his team were very helpful. When some of our pieces broke on transit he assisted us with getting replacements. They have a large variety. I will definitely go there for any of our future needs.

We needed to redo our shower floor from marble tile (don't ever use porous tiles on shower floor!) to porcelain tile. A3 Tile has the best selection of high quality porcelain and stone tiles among all the shops that we had been to in the Bay Area, and we eventually selected a 3D Italian tile to be custom-cut to our preferred dimensions.Phil was extremely helpful and diligent in following up on the arrival of the tiles and the custom cutting, as well as helping with a last-minute tile shortage issue due to my miscalculation. We cannot be happier with the whole process and the fine workmanship of the tiles. Highly recommend A3 Tile!

Totally awesome shop. Great selection, help and advice. We had to remodel our bathroom. Had to do a complete tear out. They gave us great advice and we were able to pretty much get everything there, like a one stop shop. When we remodel our other bathroom and kitchen we will be coming back here for sure. We've recommended them to quite a few people already. Thanks for everything. You guys are the best!!!

Just redid our bathroom and purchased tile-grout from A-3. Phil great help in working us through the options and remained patient and helpful as we took sometime and several trips to see him - as our ideas changed and rechanged. Finally made decision that we love. Couldn't have made as good a choice without Phil's help. Later on we needed extra tiles and once again Phil help order in the most cost effective manner.Highly recommend A-3

This place gives top notch customer service. I am impressed.I went to 7 tile places in total looking for the perfect tiles for our bathrooms. We were greeted by Juan, and he helped us narrow down the options pretty quickly with a description of what I was looking for. We were looking for 3 different bathroom tiles for showers + a floor that we loved. We found them ALL HERE. One stop shop. It was fantastic.When it came to payment and delivery, the whole process was smooth and easy. They delivered tile that was shipping from across the country earlier than expected. I REALLY APPRECIATE Juan being able to communicate via text. It's amazing to not have to get on the phone for every small thing.We had a couple tiles damaged in transit and they were replaced quickly and efficiently. We ended up needing a second round of large size tile because of matching patterns and again, he and his team got them QUICK. This is especially awesome considering this shortage was holding up our project.I'm just overall impressed. Throughout our remodel, this was one of the smoothest transactions I've had. Fantastic customer service. If you need tile, you need to come here. Skip the rest, A3 tile is the best!
