Frank did it again! I've been waiting for a spare part from the Toyota dealer for over a year now. When I mentioned it to Frank he made some phone calls and within the next month he special ordered the part and installed it. He already saved our older car twice from nonoperational state into a completely smooth operation state again, and all at a great price too! Best mechanic in the bay area!

Franks is AWESOME!! Not only is he an extremely educated mechanic, he is also very honest. He will never try to screw you over for an extra buck. I thought I had a damage CV joint and it turns out it was a much cheaper fix and he charged me a very small fee even after having worked on my car for a few hours to find the issue. I'm never going to any other mechanic. Side note, he has a young man who is learning from him named Cameron who is also amazing. (He's actually technically the one that fixed my car).

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, thank you A&E - I’m so glad I found you! First of all, I called late on a Thursday asking if it was possible to inspect my car on Friday because I was taking a trip over the weekend. Dannon said that I could drop it off in the morning and she’d do her best to fit it in … and they did! She was so pleasant and welcoming when I arrived and told me about their business and it was clear that they take a lot of pride in their service quality and honest communication with customers. I had my front left wheel bearing done on my 2001 Honda Civic back in January 2020 and have been meaning to write a review for A & E automotive ever since. I took it in to get it checked for the bad bearing (which was the case) and was able to pick up my car the next day. I highly suggest if you want an honest opinion, they will give it to you. It was a little more expensive that I thought it would be, but then again I would rather pay more to have honest good work done. Thanks to Frank, my old civic is still racking in the miles.

A&E is the best place in Goleta. Danan is always so kind, quick to help, and offers the best they have! They have always been amazing at communicating well and try their best to do their job with excellence and without charging way more than they need to! I highly suggest taking all your vehicles to A&E.

My older Lexus needed new brakes and rotors. Frank is the most attentive owner of a Auto shop! I told him my needs and he was right on it. The customer service and honest pricing were a breath of fresh air! He really cares about his customers.! I will recommend A&E to all my friends.
