It's better than nothing but not by much... Free weight plates seem to have all been stolen! I've been to a lot of 24 locations, this is the worst as far as equipment!

Had to downgrade updating the review. Women showers, come on, only 2 out of 8 stalls are working. Working means water warms up and sewage draining, the other 6. Nope! Bikes need fixing/maintenance badly. At least 5 or 6 are not operating, cannot turn tension knobs. Few work but noisy at every crank.
