“When my 2015 Outback started sputtering while accelerating at lower speeds, I took it to Carlsen Subaru and they couldn’t diagnose it. Stevens Creek Subaru told me it was a coil pack, which they replaced, but that didn’t fix the problem either. They did discover seeping engine oil and quoted me such a massive bill that they suggested I buy another car. Thank goodness I found Barinder and Boxer Specialist. He discovered Stevens Creek put in the wrong coil pack, resealed the cam carrier and my Outback is running perfectly again. From now on I’m only going to Boxer. I highly recommend.”

Prices seem fair too, one time my window was stuck down and I couldn't afford for them to fix it permanently but they gratuitously got it to stay up at no charge!! I was very grateful.”

“PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to Specialized Auto Care Center for your car needs! They are open everyday of the week until 10 PM. I've been servicing my cars there for years from oil change to complicated engine diagnostics. Recently sunny swapped the engine of my 2014 Toyota Corolla with the lowest cost compared to any other places. They swapped the engine within a day and I've had no issues since the work was done a couple of months ago. Response time is quick and I had a great customer service experience. Sunny is very friendly and professional.”
“How refreshing to find a shop where integrity still means something. Absolutely the best personal customer service, I was taken care of immediately. Clear honest explanations of what was probably causing my problem... and guess what? It was a quick fix, cost me $16, took less than 30 minutes in and out... What would have happened at a typical shop? I highly recommend Pacifica Transmission. And I was glad to hear they fix more than just transmissions. I had such a good initial experience, I'm almost looking forward to something else going wrong!! (Not really.) They're the best. Check em out.”

“I had brought in a accord with some trans problem around 50,000 miles, 03. Spoke to Lenin who assisted me over the phone and in person like a profesional. Lenin as well as the mechanic team got my car done in 2 weeks with it feeling and performing better than when I picked it up. Car runs smoothly till today, got it serviced back in may of 2023. Definitely recommend this place for anyone dealing with transmission light and problems.”

“Great mechanic shop. I had an issue with my EGR valve, turns out my throttle body was clogged almost entirely in addition to my EGR valve issues. They took the initiative to clean it out and my truck is running even better than these last couple years. Great shop.”
“A few months ago, I took my 2018 VW Atlas in for an oil change, tire rotation, and recommended 40,000 mile maintenance. Their mechanic left air in my brakes and, as I was driving to work, the brake pedal went to the floor and I was unable to stop my vehicle if it was going at speeds above 30mph! When I drove back to the shop, needless to say, I was not happy. After leaving it to flush the air from the brake line, Jim (service manager) apologized profusely and summarily fired that mechanic (who also said I needed rear brakes replaced, which Jim inspected and said was not the case, saving me $600+). Jim then gave me two free oil changes as compensation. They do excellent work, are communicative, and, as is clear from the above, have INTEGRITY!”
