BE AWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY If I could give minus 5 stars I would but one is the lowest I can go! They team did ok with the the delivery. However, when walking them through my home to assess the best approach to getting the item in the house one of the two delivery guys walked directly through my screen door without taking the time to open it and ripped a large hole in the screen. Then upon leaving, one guy was guiding the truck out of our driveway and the truck caught two high wire cables that were attached to the house and the outer telephone pole and ripped them away from the house to the point that they were just a couple feet from the ground. When we called the owner/ceo of the company, Uday, to let them know about the damages he denied it and told me "If I were you I would have been more aware." He blamed me for the damage, then proceeded to say "If I lived at a house and there was a hold in my back yard I would not allow people in the backyard". He never apologize or showed any empathy regarding the damages that his employees caused. Instead called us back with the employee on the phone who then blatantly denied that he even walked through the screen door. I provided photos of the damage and Uday replied by saying that it was "old damage" and that his insurance denied the claim (within a couple hours of our initial conversation mind you). He was also very rude and blamed me for the damage. He also stated that we were trying to blame him to get something for nothing. Some people should not deal with the public if they have not people skills. We tried to handle this very reasonable but Uday was rude, disrespectful and accused us of lying from the very first conversation. We have since escalated this issue and will continue to push until the damaged to our home are repaired and at no cost to us. BE AWARE!!!!

I arrived around minutes before closing and the owner was already trying to close up shop. I had an Amazon return and he refused to let me in stating that they already closed their registers and he would not scan my QR code. He told me to come back tomorrow. I'm sitting in my car in front of the store and he and his wife already bounced. It's not even 5 yet at the time I'm typing this.

Each visit I've paid to this location has been expeditious with my needs being fully met. I've utilized their Amazon return drop off services, printing services, packaging and shipping services, and most recently their notary services. The staff is knowledgeable about the steps that need to be done and so far I haven't had any errors occur. Their customer service isn't above and beyond, but they get the job done.

Consistent and extraordinary service. They know my name and my needs. I have used Livescan for a new job, notary service and of course pickup and returns as well as packing and shipping. They print my emails with labels if I need it. Always friendly and helpful. I can't imagine my life without them! Daksha and Gopal, six years now. Incredible.

This is the WORST.. I only went there because it was close.. NEVER AGAIN.. The customer service and the cleanliness is HORRIBLE.. I went in and there was a a woman helping a man and so another gentle man came out of the back and started moving boxes off the counter.. HE HAD NO SHOES ON.. waved me over to do a return for Amazon, as soon as he scanned the code, she left her customer to see what I had in the box? What a NUT.. she kept looking in the box and on the screen. Just goofy.. than she melted asking me if there was liquor in the box and what is it.. LADY!! All I wanted to say to that Idiot if you do all your customers like this you wouldn't be in business.. I believe with all my heart it was racism. HONESTLY. If I hadn't been in my work uniform I would of cursed her to filth. Horrible

If i could give zero stars I would. The male there is a j*** and the lady is no help either. The guy scratched his nose with his bare finger and then proceeded to grab my receipt with that same hand. Disgusting! Especially during these times that we are battling covid-19 pandemic. They also make it so hard for you to return any amazon package. If you can go to another ups store do it! Save yourself a headache.

I like to leave mostly positive reviews because I like to pay it forward but I am kind of tired of the gentleman owner here. I come here often for Amazon and Zappos drop offs. I actually don't like going in if the husband is there....I tried to make conversation with him once and he started ranting how it's unfair that they(UPS) have to prepare packages and they don't get paid for it. I am assuming that you agree to that when you purchase a franchise. Today I brought a package in without a label but had the Amazon scan code. The gentleman wanted to charge me $2 to tape it up. I said Amazon would not allow me to print the label myself (which I was actually able to do with my second Amazon package) and I would just run home (I live 3 blocks away) and get my tape. He said no, he can't allow me to have my package back and I can't leave it there. I proceeded to say that Amazon doesn't allow me to print the label myself. He started to go off again and the wife came in and said don't worry about, for me to just leave it. He continued to rant at me until she told him to let it go. I understand this is difficult since they are having to do more work but they should take it up with Amazon as I am only following Amazon's order to allow UPS to pack it up. I think it's time for me to find a new UPS store even though this one is so convenient. The wife is ALWAYS very nice and considerate but I can no longer deal with him.

I came here because it's the closest to my house. But First I noticed that the Indian couple/owners were trying to help as many people as they can in this tiny 10' x 6' small area! I was patiently waiting for my documents that needed to be faxed when I was horrified how the Indian woman/owner kept touching her mask because it kept falling off her nose to the point that it's down on her chin with her gloves had been touching everyone's paperwork and boxes to be shipped while she's literally talking to this elderly woman customer 3 feet away! They don't provide sanitizers for customers to use so there's a lot of transfer or exchange of droplets period. While waiting there's this Filipino elderly lady trying to send a package to her daughter in Arizona and the Indian Woman owner was telling her it will cost her $271!!! I speak Tagalog so I told the elderly customer what her package should cost a lot less if she sends it through US Postal Service Priority Mail. So the owner got soo angry and started yelling at me for advising the elderly woman who obviously didn't know she's being taken advantage of! And long story short the woman owner started yelling at me to mind my own business. That it's her job to give customers the options of mailing the package (yeah by price gouging??). She asked the elderly if she knows me and of course the elderly said no, and preferred to send her package through this UPS Store. She was too scared to go to the Post Office? The husband/Co owner was softhearted man and was telling his wife to stop yelling at me while she was telling him that it's none of my business (taking advantage of elderly people is part of her business??????). So America--- watch out for your elderly parents or relatives! Especially San Bruno residents--this UPS Store may be providing good service on other things but she needs moral attitude adjustment and as a small business owner she needs to practice social distancing (only allow 5 customers inside the store at a time) and she should wear a mask that fits her and provide sanitizer for store use. That's just plain and simple --to protect the public

They make you pay for a little bit of tape for packing. Have never seen that at any other ups store. Is it worth the negative reviews for $2?

OMG this is the absolute worst UPS store I've ever been to!! My package was supposed to be held here while I was on vacation, but somehow UPS lost it. I called this store to see if the box was actually physically there since the online tracking said there was a problem. The owner told me they were too busy to check and that I would have to come in personally. The owner then hung up on me and then continued to hang up each time I called back! I was shocked! So I drove all the way to the store where there were only 2 packages being held for any customers in total. It would've taken them 4 seconds to see if my package was there and would've saved me a trip. In addition, there were no other customers in the store at the time and it was completely dead. Not only that, but when I arrived the owner was on the phone and did not smile, look at me, or greet me in anyway while I waited for 15 minutes for her to help me. There is a reason this place has two stars in Yelp. AVOID IT!

I have gotten worse service at other UPS before, such as staff complaining about getting customers 10 mins before closing, but this place is quite friendly with me even when I walk into the store at the very last minute (for about 3 times now). I only do drop-offs since I print labels at home and buy my services online, so I can't speak for their other services. I personally understand if they shut down the system a few minutes early, or just cant process my packages at the moment. They are transparent about those things and tells me when to expect my items to be processed.

If I could give ZERO stars to this place I would. Their customer service is abysmal. The woman who runs this store is unnecessarily rude. While helping me, she picked up a phone call to help someone else. She told me, despite having the two codes sent from Amazon for my return, that I was allowed only one box and I'd need to pay for an additional box (for THREE dollars!) She was arguing with me, cutting me off, and refused to give me my items back. In the end, she realized she was wrong and ended up taking both items to return. I will drive out of my way to visit another UPS store. Save time - use FedEx!
