Great store! Leah, Jasmine,Alex and most of the staff such great and helpful people. Kevin is my dude, but Leah seems to be doing a great job taking over the store. Jasmine and Alex are always super great to us when we come in and always make sure to provide the best customer service. The majority of the staff are great, I only say the majority because I don't know everyone. I will continue to shop at this location as I have been for many years.

My experience at this store confirms why I buy and shop online. But, all my Nikes fit differently and are different sizes. To avoid unnecessary returns, I decided to stop in to try on the Nike Air Max 270. The 2 young employees, male & female attitudes, were very unapproachable. Clearly, they were annoyed to be at work and could careless if a shoe was sold or not. The guy literally brought me 1 shoe to try on for each size. I've never been brought 1 shoe in my history of buying sneakers. I have 2 feet!! Maybe that's the environment and culture of this store. But, shoe palace definitely loss business and a sale due to the lack of customer service at this location.No thanks, I'm good.Recommend? I absolutely do not. I'll continue to shop at Nike.

idk how any work gets done at this place. clueless workers that don't care to help you. you can only wear one shoe at a time and she took the shoe away to go to cash register, she was the only one at the register cause one girl was folding socks at the cash register with a line of 3 people. another girl with big lips and make up caked up was walking around doing nothing, i asked her for the other shoe she told me to walk over and get it from the girl at cash register, bunch of clowns working. if i was the owner i would get new help.

Would not return my money for defective shoes. Manager was never there, i had to fix them myself. Never buy from there.
