Tonight 05/23/2024 at 11:20pm.I was here for the car wash. The car wash wasn’t working,so I went to the front dest to get help. (App reading issue,but can be activated manually,it happened a few times,but I got helped with other employees before )The guy did not want to help. I paid the car wash. I did not want to argue,but I should’ve gotten my car wash since I paid for it. He just threatened me he would call police. What it for? Call police to kick a customer out ?It’s insanity. He was smoking outside the store all the time and did not have time to help me activate the car wash. What kind of employee is like this.Later he even came out smoking again and used the abusive language on me while I was in my car. You can’t imagine how rude and unprofessional he is. Other staff who used to work here are friendly.
I’m a regular customer for this store,I had came here for car wash every week for around 2years. I never had been treated like this before.

Great service overpriced but nice. Plus the guy comes out to make sure you miss your first free wash, and on top of that he turns off the machine so you get to pay twice $ - $ its amazing . Lights seem a little dimmed but other than that this is a destination . Bring your kids wife neighbors and dogs.

This place is a total rip-off! Gas is significantly more expensive than SF and car wash is double a comparable gas station carwash. Avoid this place.

How did you get gas here because it's a Local and the place is kind of cute but after today's rude treatment by the staff, I can guarantee you I will stop coming here to fill up my work vehicle and encourage everyone in my family to not fill up here who really needs to be treated disrespectfully just because the workers having a bad day

The prices went up for the car wash topping out at $21 but I won't go anywhere else owning a black vehicle. It does a great job power washing and is touchless but I recommend wiping and drying immediately after. Don't complain about spots on a vehicle if you're not ready to do a little work yourself. It's not magic, dry it yourself and it will look beautiful afterwards. If you have auto-butler or some other dealer offered detail coating I recommend the middle wash because the premium coatings dry milky in color and blotchy if you don't dry your car afterwards. They have a vacuum station but i dont carry that many quarters ever so I have a mini cordless vacuum I got on TEMU that is amazing. Go before 10 on the weekend or it's a 40 min wait minimum from the entrance with the vehicle height limit. Paper work can make the time fly by though lol
