Bought a beautiful 3ct plus platinum engagement ring from S&L Gem. Andy has always been helpful and has always been professional. He is the go too there. I will be doing more business in the future like I have been the past 3 years. Thanks again Andy and S&L Gem. My wife is happy!

Do not go to the Tanforan location. My mom who is elderly went in because she saw a free promotion for prizes and money. They showed my mom a set of pearl earrings and a matching necklace. To my moms understanding the earring were only $180. They told my mom if she opened a credit card with them she can get free prizes like a LV bag and iPhone 15, so my mom did. She kept repeating I don't have to pay anything right? And they kept showing her the $0 balance on the receipt and made her sign. She kept asking if she had to pay anything for the jewelry or the "free" items they gave her but they kept saying 0 and pointing to parts of the receipt that said 0. My mom ended up buying $25000 worth of jewelry and she didn't even know it. She was told she didn't have to pay anything. I think this shop took advantage of my mom because she is elderly and doesn't speak or read English very well. I told her the "free" items she received didn't sound legit and to go back to the store and double check and that's when she found out she had a bill for $25k. When she went back to return the items they said there was no returns. So to do her a favor they accepted the return of the $25k jewelry and sold her a set for $10k. They wouldn't refund my moms money and my mom just wanted to get out of there and accepted whatever jewelry they gave her for $10k and purchased that instead. She didn't even like the set they showed her but they kept saying they wouldn't refund her money so she felt stuck.

Very worst service I have ever.he was rush me to by diamond even knowing very price this store, I try to return 5 minutes after I parches he is making drama ,even not allowed to return he took my diamond back still not returned my money back , staff member are very poor service .Avoid this store at all this is very bad place to shop be careful

This store harasses the customers walking in the mall. I had a very bad experience with one of their staff. He was yelling at the top of his voice to catch my attention. Your business should be conducted in the rightful and decent manners, especially inside a reputable mall. When I confronted the staff, he said he had the right to do it because I was in a public place which I disagreed with.

Just bought a wedding band from this jewelry shop. The staff was great, they were really nice and helpful at explaining all the features of all the rings. We went to a lot of shops both in Galleria and outside but we got the best diamond quality in our opinion and best deal for the ring here. A couple of stores we went to talked poorly of this place which was extremely distasteful of them in our opinion. Everything we saw here was legitimate and we would buy from them again.

S&L gem in Great Mall Milpitas is charging way overprice on their jewelries. I wouldn't recommend this jewelry store. They usually pressure the buyers and doesn't explain everything until the paper works is done . There you go !! Your credit is way way too much!

This store is not recommended... they are dishonest people, they made me open a loan without me being sure, and they never talk about the company's return policy, they are thieves or rude, when I went to make my claim, they threatened to call the police, when I was never rude to them… think well before making shooing here! it's not a good place.

Too bad can't give Zero Stars! They prey on senior citizens! Manger, supervisor and SA. They are not honest and will Take advantage of elderly people! They need staff overhaul or the business should close. Suspicious transactions by staff!
