“Lee goes above and beyond, would rate 10 out of 5 stars if possible! We were first time home buyers and reached out to Lee to take us on after watching him give a presentation for the San Mateo HEART loan He accompanied us to our first few viewings and showed us what to look for in different types of properties, and taught us how to be prepared so that we would know what to look for before we physically saw them. Once we were more confident, he gave us space to explore open houses on our own. Whenever we needed him though, he made time to jump in and help us however we needed. When we saw new listings that we were extra interested in, he speedily helped us get disclosures and schedule time to view them so we did not have to wait for the open house. He was also a good sounding board for all the times we felt indecisive or unsure.
