I placed an order on Saturday to Miami a small box of approximately 22 lb, I made my payment and they gave me my tracking number, today I check the tracking and UPS tells me that it was canceled, from the sender , and they NEVER NOTIFIED ME.Be careful with your shipments, I am already contacting them.It feels like a robbery.

The woman who helped me was wonderful. I came in with a long to do list and bags and boxes of items I needed shipped all over the country- some breakable. She helped me get through everything, making sure all items were properly wrapped, helping me compare prices and delivery times, and all the while multitasking with customers dropping off/picking up items. It was such a relief to walk out of there knowing I could knock 10 things off my to do list. I’ll be back!

I dropped off a Fedex package on Friday.It's Tuesday and the tracking still show nothing.So Fedex only come here only when they want. PostAnnex is just a place for you to drop off package when you are in no rush at all. It waste 3 days from me. Enough for this place.The lady reception was nice tho.

GREAT service. I was doing a project for work and needed color prints on odd paper. The staff help me all the way through until we were able to complete the project. Easy access to the store, lots of parking, PLUS they take any package I have to drop off. Super thankful I walked in there one day cause now I have my new spot!!

To be concise; I’ve had a combined 14 years in HR (relating to business management; staffing, employee relations, etc.).As a customer, Chris (store manager and primary point of contact for customers) has consistently exceeded expectations in his business demands but as well as his friendly and professional demeanor.You cannot train a love for working with people or any particular trade/skill. I’m grateful we have Chris nearby for all that and more.As a businessman, seeing a local franchise that’s doing better than UPS/FedEx makes me want to see him succeed. If you’re nearby and have shipping needs, stop on by, you’ll have a better experience than any FedEx/UPS Ship Center (and PostalAnnex+ honors their packages if you want to use them but have a FedEx/UPS packaging).Don’t buy-in to 1-star reviews by incensed customers; those reviews are between 3-6 years old, different manager and store (no longer relevant)**TLDR, 1-star reviews don’t reflect current owner/business, great employees and manager, unless you have a vendetta against the American middle class, Postal Annex is ??

The new owner, Chris is a very nice guy and very helpful with mailings. He does more than mail, he does fingerprinting, passport photos, live scan etc. Check him out in the Bayhill shopping center in San Bruno. You'll be glad you did !

I've worked in business management and HR (with a focus on corporate culture, employee relations, staffing, etc.) for over a decade now.Chris at PostalAnnex+ here in the Bayhill Shopping Center, hands down, has the best customer service, patience, earnest desire to help customers, and a great attitude.The store itself runs efficiently and at very reasonable/comparable prices as well, for the experience I would pay 2/3 more, but I'm ecstatic knowing Chris keeps his rates on par and competitive with his counterparts at FedEx and UPS centers (who 9/10 treat customers like infections to cleanse and take so so long to do basic packaging and data entry)If you live in the area, don't go anywhere else. Or, suffer, if that's your thing, no judgement.
