“Not only is this post office so convenient from the Delaware St one, it has the nicest staff working there and they’re hard working at best! Always busy whenever I visit there.”
“I want to give a shoutout to the USPS in El Granada, especially Postmaster Ron De Leon. He was a lifesaver with a recent issue I had. After I reported a missing package, Ron jumped into action and resolved it in less than 24 hours! He even personally called to update me. This experience has really changed my view on using USPS for important shipments. Big thanks for the outstanding help!”
“I went there for a passport appointment and was very pleased with the service.Michael is a very kind and helpful person who helped me with every details and explain patiently. Thank you for a good experience Michael.”
“Very friendly staff. No line when I went. Efficient service.Only complaint was that parking on this street is very limited and there are many businesses (and the post office doesn't have its own designated parking). Also, it was hard to find because there's no sign at the top like there were for other businesses. Look for the hair salon next to it or the US flag.”
“My favorite post office and honestly often the highlight of the work days where I stop in. The folks working here are so friendly and they keep the line moving fast. ❤️Brisbane USPS, you encompass all the things I love about Brisbane.”
“I run a small business from my home and I go to this post office branch weekly to do large mailings, send priority packages, etc. The staff there are ALWAYS so helpful, patient and pleasant. The customer service has always been excellent and professional and they treat each customer with respect and courtesy. I would go out of my way to go to this branch because of the staff alone!”

“This was always one of my favorite Post Offices living in San Francisco. Visiting after 15 years away and it's still great. Helpful & friendly staff. Had supplies available to purchase for what I needed to send. Clearly explained options for mailing.”
8AM - 2PM
1300 Evans Ave Ste 30, San Francisco“Hi Family
This post office is very user friendly.
Customer service is great.
I was trying to renew a passport and the clerk was very helpful.”
“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”
“Generally a very good post office that takes care of lines quickly (mostly because we gays are always on the go and know what we want) and there is a lot of self-service supplies available as opposed to some city post offices where almost everything is locked up or depleted.
My only complaint is the lack of empathy for older clientele who struggle with computers. My client wanted to renew his PO Box and pay for another 6 months and the lady at the counter just kept repeating "ITS PAID TIL SEPTEMBER! GO TO THE WEBSITE!" Well, that's only 2 months away and the rate is $108/6 mo. Why can't we pay for his extension now? And I said probably three times that he gets frustrated using their website. He has renewed this way dozens of times including a few months ago. She could've made our lives a lot easier by processing a basic renewal.”
“Just stopped by to mail my passport. Genuinely surprised by how nice the staffs were after reading all these google reviews. Was served by one of the Filipina ladies, who greeted me, was very helpful, gave me a good information, and said thank you at the end. Nothing rude like what's said by the other reviewers.”
“The staff is what makes this place really great. The person at the counter helped me pick the right type of shipping and the best size of box to minimize cost. They're incredibly helpful and professional, even if the line is long.
Note: USPS charges you for tape! If you don't want to pay, then either bring tape or tape your packages at home. Even if you have to buy tape, it's still often cheaper than UPS or FedEx.”
“Re:Service at 329 Primrose Avenue, Burlingame CA 94010 is excellent, professional and friendly. I was greeted with "Good Morning" and an apology for the wait which was at most 5 minutes. The man that helped me was immediately able to locate my package and I was on my way.”
“I've always found this location to be the most efficient. Waiting in line, even during Covid, never takes too long. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful, too.”
“We went to apply for passports today because we didn't speak English, and the service at the front desk was very patient in helping us, so our family of five got it done quickly. Thank you to the post office staff for your help! ??”
“Paramjit is awesome - and her coworkers, too! Don’t know what everybody else’s problem is, but they’re polite, courteous and they do the best they can! This is my go to place lots of parking, what more could you ask for?”

5262 Diamond Heights Blvd, San Francisco“Convenient with plenty of free parking. The clerks are very helpful and take time with each customer to make sure things are correct. The space is well lit and very clean. No complaints!”
“I honestly don’t understand how this USPS has 2.7 stars. I find the workers to be super friendly and efficient, and they always propose ways to save money on shipping. Love my neighborhood USPS!”
“I visit quite often and the staff is always so helpful. Eliza has great customer service skills as she is always ready to help and is so friendly. Good place to get things mailed.”
“I have experience nothing but good service from this location. Charleston is very good at what he does, he’s helpful in every way. He help me open my first PO Box. it was done fast and efficient, it took him less than 5 minutes!”
“Stopped by to grab a sheet of stamps for my passport and this place looks so old school. Big room for all the mail boxes but inside where you pay is very small and tight . Lucky for me there was no line when I came but heard a-lot about how this place can get so stuffy and crowded . My first time experience was actually fast , easy and very friendly. I mean the clerk at the front was very helpful and answered questions that needed to be answered . For me customer service is always a must where-ever And for this experience its a 5.”
“I can't say enough good things about the United States Postal Service! They have been consistently reliable in delivering my mail and packages. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the excellent customer service they provide. I have complete confidence in USPS to handle my important mail securely and promptly. Their commitment to service excellence makes them my go-to choice for all my mailing needs!”
8:30AM - 12PM
36 Chestnut Ave, South San Francisco“I went there to mail out an urgent letter 10 minutes before they close on a Saturday, 4/22/2023. It was busy with a line of customers. The male staff that helped me was very polite and willing to provide the mailing options I got patiently. It was probably the best experience I have gotten at a USPS.”
“I recently visited the USPS office near my home and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, making my visit quick and efficient. The office was well-organized, with clear signage and ample space for customers. Despite the busy atmosphere, the employees remained calm and focused, providing excellent service to everyone. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this USPS office for anyone in the area needing mailing or shipping services.”
“I came in at 4:55pm with a 25lb box, no shipping label, and no idea what service to use. They close at 5:00pm and I had full confidence that I wouldn’t get any help and would have to come back another day. I was so wrong! I was next in line and the clerk who took care of me was awesome. I said “I need help” to which he replied “I do too!” After a quick chuckle I told him I just need tracking, speed doesn’t matter. He gave me the cheapest option and got my label ready for me (the package to its destination in 2 business days for $28!). I was back in my car by 5:00pm. Every interaction I’ve had at this location has been very pleasant and the staff has been super helpful, knock on wood! That’s why I keep coming back to this one.”
