Grooming dept. repeat customer. Have brought my dog from grooming here several times. Usually its the same girl, always nice and always cuts my dogs hair. Different girl at the desk this time. Denied my dog for matting. Told us to goto a VET. LOL. What vet does grooming?!?. Luckily Petsmart in Daly City had several openings the next day. Took our dog in with no issues. Time for Petco to start giving the groomers commission. They still get a paycheck whether they do zero dogs or ten dogs. P.S. we always tip. $7-$15

For pet supplies only-- They have a good selection of supplies, food, toys. I've never tried the grooming services here but haven't heard great things. Otherwise, this store is clean, well organized, and sales associates are friendly

I have been calling the grooming department all day. No one answers. There was a message to book an appointment easily online. When I tried, I was unable to book an appointment for a nail trim. It said if I need a nail trim to just stop by. My dog has been really sick lately and has been struggling with going up and down the stairs. I go through hell to get her in the car, park, and walk into the groomers. No one is available. She's on lunch, not returning for nearly an hour. If your website says to just come down, you should make a note of lunch hours. Or answer the darn phone. This did not have to happen.

They nicked my dog while grooming and they took no responsibility to be able to make things right but instead tried to minimize my dogs pain by saying that she didn't feel it. Now apart from that, I really don't appreciate them for slandering me saying that I was "hostile" which in fact I wasn't. I've always been respectful up until that so called manager Gabriel who I have never spoken to until new years is saying that none of the groomers wanted to see me and my dog which is ironic considering that I've only met them once on one occasion. I really do miss that other groomer Sierra since she was the nicest one out of all of them. Plus some of the employees looked a little ratchet but I've never questioned them or their choices since this is what "they" call a "vibe" when it's really more of a vibe kill or low vibrational. Also you need to clean your store instead of trashing it. I will be taking my dog elsewhere where my business is appreciated. Thanks but I don't need your so called services anyway. Since y'all haven't even shown an ounce of professionalism on your part.

I came in two weeks in a row to purchase wax worms and they were out of stock I was told to com back next week and maybe they would have them than. I like giving my services to you but your making me purchase them online.

Small store so expect to have to find someone for the register. They are all stocking the shelves, they work hard are very helpful.
