Hi All. I had gone around multiple Auto Body paint shops to get quotes for my damaged exterior door (Scratches & dents) of my car. Armando is the manager of the National Auto Paint Inc. He was nice and friendly, he gave an estimate with a very reasonable price & time to fix the scratches and he had done the job right on time. Upon everything I liked the quality of his work he had done an excellent job, fixed all the scratches that were deep and painted really well and it looked like new. I couldn't share the pictures for some reason but I am definitely happy for their service. I am usually not a review writer but their service made me write one for them.Services: Body & Trim

My car got hit back in May. I was originally waiting for a body shop near my house to take it in to however they said my Mercedes door had to come from Germany and blah blah blah. My boyfriend suggested I take it to his friend I was hesitant since the other shop had already ordered the door but after waiting two months and making sure my boyfriend confirmed with Armando that he had the door and it would be done faster but right I decided to make the switch. they told me it would be done in a week and I was out of my car a whole damn month. That's insane when I got my car back I went about my day however not even a week later they (random people at work) were able to tell what side of the vehicle was worked on. I was so embarrassed. There was bubbles and missing bolts to hold the middle part of the door together and honestly the job was just bad. Once they pointed everything out I immediately called my boyfriend and he took it back. We are almost going on two weeks and my car is still not back. What the f**** Never using this place again. Time and efficiency is huge for me. I rather pay more and know my s*** will be done right than pay less and get a crappy job due to it. So dissappointed and never listening to any other man as to where to take my vehicle. I should have been patient and just waited for the original shop that I was referred too. Update 11/1/21 I've taken my car to two shops after receiving it a second time and they both claim I have to start over and to demand a refund. Here are some pictures of the defects found after the second time they fixed it. The Mew body shop says there is a lot of defect and both have said it looks like a used door oppose you a new one. Hopefully my car gets fixed soon the right way and this place takes ownership. The handle even has a chip. Please please please do not bring your vehicle here unless you wanna get played. Update 11/9/21. They refuse to give full refund after two approved Mercedes shops claim they did sketchy work. They want to issue a check directly to the shop but neither shop want to take their money. They state I should be getting the refund not them. Charged my Insurance for two new doors and instead of replacing them did a horrible job fixing them along with other 5year old work. I Have reported them to Better business bureau, department of insurance for California and bureau of automotive repair.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review. I have never thought it was worth my time but I just want to make others aware of my experience with this business as there are many many other options for auto paint shops in south San Francisco and I would not recommend this one. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give this shop my business to repaint the bumper on my Porsche Boxster. I dropped off the bumper on a Tuesday and they said it would be ready Thursday. Armando gave me me a call Thursday and said it was ready to pick up. I was unable to make it to the shops before close Thursday so I let them know I would come pick it up Friday morning. I went to the shop Friday morning and the bumper was not ready and the team was actually still working on it. Armando told me I could come back in an hour and it would be ready. I came back and it was still not ready. I then complained to Armando they were wasting my time causing me to drive back and forth from his business and my home about 20mins away. I left and he assured me I could come Saturday morning at 10am and everything would be perfect and good to go. When I arrived to the shop Saturday morning at the agreed upon time, there were three or four people around and they were telling me the bumper was not ready and I should call Armando. I called him and he said he forgot and told me to come back in one hour to pick it up. It is now 11:45 am Saturday as I am writing this review waiting for the bumper. This is not a way to do business. This shop does not properly communicate with customers, mixes up jobs. Update- got the bumper at 1pm. With respect to workmanship, see the photos. I am not happy. They damaged plastics around the bumper and there is a lot of overspray. Update- two days later- The paint is now many bubbles and cracks. Many spots look worse than when I brought the bumper in in the first place. If you value your time and want a job done when shop says it will be done I would good work, I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Update: May - still trying to get in touch with Armando to correct the work. Will update if I hear back.

I have taken my car to be fixed at National Color Auto Paint at least 4 times. They are always on time, very professional and the quality of work is outstanding. The price is fair, they don't overcharge or push for service you don't need. I highly recommend National Color Auto Paint.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my car from the shop. Armando did great job. He is very professional. They are honest and never over charge. Now I'm taking my father to this shop to fix his car. Thank you so much Armando, Josh, Veronica! I'm sure your shop is the best body shop in bay area for the price and quality and kindness.

Had a few minor scuffs/scratches/scrapes on the front and rear bumpers of my Lexus CT. Not gonna lie, what drew me to National Color Auto Paint was a facebook ad offering 50% off. Brought my car in for a free quote and spoke with Armando. He is the man. Very nice guy. Honest and professional. I felt very comfortable having him work on my car. The team here did an excellent job. Quick turnaround (1.5 days) and really quality work. My car looks brand new again and with the 50% off coupon you can't beat the price! I highly recommend this shop.

Armando's team did an excellent job with my vehicle. I was given a quote much lower then my usual body shop in SF which is a good one. But the value I received here far exceeded my expectations and he did it phenomenal time. It made an impact that he also has strong customer service skills. He sent us a text wishing us happy holidays that was personal, not an autotext. I had bodywork on my car from various scrapes driving around the city and they were able to fix it up and now it looks good as new.

Armando and his team did an excellent job on my Tesla Model 3. Had a sharp dent on fender lip. Now the fender looks like new, the price was good, one day turnaround time and was a pleasure dealing with this shop - everyone is really nice and professional. Highly recommended!

Armando is the best and very friendly mechanic I have ever made. Somebody hit my new car in parking lot and have dent in different parts of my car. Thats why I went in different repair shop but I was so disappointed by the price they said. But when I came here the price was very reasonable and Armando give me a word that he will make it looks new. So I decided to fix my car here. When I came here to pick my car I was very impressed by the work they done to my car. I just want to say Armando is the best and vey nice guy. So in future if I need to do something to my car I will come straight here.
