My ’66 Mustang Feels Alive Again!
I can’t say enough about the incredible work done on my red 1966 Mustang coupe. This car means the world to me, and the mechanic treated it like it was their own. They replaced the brake pins, upgraded the ignition to electric, fixed my AC and recharged the Freon, and made some changes to the carb that brought the engine to life. They even spotted and replaced a few cracking parts I hadn’t noticed—going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
What truly sets this shop apart is the practical and honest advice they give. They don’t just fix—they explain. I walked away not only with a car that drives like new but with a better understanding of how to care for it long-term. If you’re looking for a specialized Mustang shop that combines skill, passion, and integrity, this is it.
Hearing the engine purr and feeling the smooth ride brought a wave of nostalgia and pride. My Mustang feels like it rolled off the line yesterday. I’m beyond grateful for the care and craftsmanship. Thank you for giving my Mustang its soul back!

We had purchased a 1965 Mustang that required major repairs. They kept us informed of all required repairs and obtained our approval prior to resolving those issues. They did an outstanding job restoring it to its original conditions. Very impressive with their service and dedication to detail. We will be returning to them in a few weeks to have power steering installed They will be our Go To Folks for our classic Mustang.

I've been going to him for as long as I had my mustang (67) and he's always had what I wanted. Rays a good guy. I don't know why these 1 star people are talking about. I was sad when I stopped by there and he was not there but super happy that I found out he just moved. Cant wait to visit new location since I just recently started up working on it. Wish I knew about move before I ordered off internet. I'll see you guys soon!

At least 20 years ago I went to Mustang Brothers to see if they had a few parts for my '63 Falcon. Not only did they have the parts, but Ray just gave me a few clips needed to attach emblems. I haven't been there since because the Falcon has run like a champ. The other day, the "Jesus" clip broke. It's a small clip that connects the throttle cable to the throttle arm on the carburetor. I decided to stop by Mustang Brothers to see if they had the part. Ray greeted me and I explained what I needed. He had a number of them and gave me one. I asked, How much do I owe you?" He said, "I wouldn't know what to charge you for that?" He just gave it to me for free, which is what he did 20+ years ago. Now I'm not saying to go to him because he gives you parts for free. I'm saying go to him because those two gestures tell a story about a man who's in it for they love of it and not to rip you off.

With so many mixed reviews about such a great place with a friendly mechanic and a very helpful guy behind the parts counter I thought I'd put my 2 cents in. Ray knows all there is to know about these cars and is always extremely helpful when I have questions. I prefer to work on my 1966 stang myself, so my car hasn't been in their shop, but I have gotten many parts here and will continue coming here for parts, knowledge, and advice. There are many parts available in store and if he doesn't have it there he can get it relatively quickly.

I spoke to Ray and explained the symptoms of my car. I told him I needed an alternator. He said he had one in stock and it's brand new however stated he can't guarantee if it's new. The price he gave me was $95 parts only. With labor total $250. But he said it can go up but wouldn't explain why. Earlier that day I called a mustang repair shop in San Francisco to check how much would they charge for parts and labor. The guy never gave me a price. I told the guy that I would call back if I decide to come in the morning. He told me to call him in the morning before I come. Apparently Ray and the guy in San Francisco are buddies. Beware Ray is a very rude person and I heard him calling me a clown. The guy in San Francisco told Ray to make money off of me. It appears that Ray is ripping people off. I asked Ray where does he get his parts from and he refused stating, "I'm not gonna tell you that so you can price check" I have several vehicles classics and exotics and I will never take it to Ray or his friend in San Francisco. These guys are crooks. Thank god I didn't do business with them. Ray accidentally forgot to hang up and went to voicemail. I overheard their conversation via voicemail to me. Calling your customers clowns, plotting to make money of people by taxing them, using old parts and claiming it to be new. Unbelievable.

Ray is a great guy. He knows his mustangs and he’s a stand up guy. I recommend this place and I’ve had mustangs for 30 years so I ought to know.
