OK so on October 29 of 2023 at 12 in the afternoon I walked in and let them know that I needed to do an ES and a swap for a phone that I had purchased from a third-party. The young lady who is the only female working at the time Assisted me. I want to make it clear that they were multiple employees. They were all with their heads down with their cell phones in their hands on their cell phones. They were not working with her interacting with any customers. So as I walked into the store, the only one that actually looked up was the young lady, so I was kind of sort of stuck having to deal with her, so unfortunately this young lady was rude and impatient. Didn't ask me follow up questions and set me up on the cheapest plan with no Internet. She took me to literally, I said just give me the cheapest plan. I just finished spending $400 on a telephone I just want the cheapest plan. She didn't ask me additional questions to see if I wanted Internet access at all,... So she foolishly set me up on a basic plan with only calling. I didn't leave to set up the phone only to find out that of course there's no Internet. I had to waste two hours of my time. But it only gets better from here, apparently, the young lady also added insurance to my phone, this socially awkward individual never even asked me about insurance never discussed insurance with me at all. I mean, it's pretty disgusting in all honesty they do not care about other peoples time, they are paid to be friendly, and helpful, and I ended up getting my entire day rocked by this foolish decision. By this young lady, she also gave me a phone number with a series of 666, I don't know if she did that intentionally, but I fully plan on making a formal complaint to corporate. and I changed the number because who is comfortable with the number like 666, only for the maintenance man to claim that he was unable to reach me to do repairs in my home. So this girl is jacked me up to three times over do not go to this location because they are teenage staff in there early teens or early 20s. They are uneducated and they are not helpful. Do not give them your money. Do not give them your business just please make sure that MetroPCS close is that relationship and they can go and find employment that they are actually interested in.

Angel the manager refused service and laughed in 2 customers faces when they asked a question and told them they were wrong. Nothing was wrong with the customer he obviously didn't wanna do his job, he then went on and hung up in the customers face after asking if they did prepaids. This is one reason why I left Metro. This is the worst metro store u could possibly go to. The manager obviously Doesn't care and doesn't know how to do his job, have u ever heard of a phone company not being able to do prepaid sims?? Cause I haven't until today! I will be going to corporate.

I’m not sure if the workers close early on purpose or if they changed closing hours. The store says it closes at 8pm not 7pm. This is the second time I have drove far to this location and it’s closed. They need to update their hours online.

Owner: I really appreciated the fact that your female staff wearing sunglasses on her head would rather answer the telephone and ignore me; standing before her waiting to be serviced. Your male staff, Malik?, preferred to be focused on his phone with his back to the entrance. Waste of time, gasoline, effort and resources!! Choose another path.

On 10/17/22 I had to go in because somehow they let Sprint take my number. They gave me a temporary number and told me that I should get my old number back between 5-10 business days. Well now it has been 16 business days and I called MULTIPLE TIMES and all they do is pick up the phone and hang up. This is truly pathetic. They also denied any type of compensation!

Just once I would like to hear, welcome to Metro how may I help you. Instead I have to stand around with a dumbfounded look on my face wondering who or whom is going to help me. But can you blame the staff or do you blame management. Poor training. There's always adequate staff standing around with this look on their face, a look of don't bother me I don't want to be here.

i normally don't leave reviews anywhere but today i went to connect my iphone 14 and was there for 2 hours because they couldn't seem to activate it. the staff was very nice and reassuring. thank you !

I known this store for several years now.. always new faces.. I can say they're good only at selling devices. Don't go there looking for Tech assistance cause they don't have an actual Tech person. Gone there with a few times with Tech issues n they never know how. They'll sound very knowledgeable, but wont fix a thing.. Some of this guys don't even try. Today I got a bunch of "NOs" n eventually was told to "go somewhere else". Right under the store manager..I think they should get some Tech. training to better familiarize with their items n better help their customers. Try Redwood City.. they seem to know a bit more.

Very bad service and disrespectful staff. The payment machine took more then my payment and credited the change to my account. I have bills to pay and needed that change when I asked the clerk to refund the payment and I'll pay over the counter he flat out said no oh well its on ur account I'll never go to this unprofessional store again.

I went in to the store on a friday night, I was tired and frustrated with my phone. There was a young woman, ready to help me she took time to help me but also educate me about my phone. I really appreciate Evelin , she was so patient and kind with me, she stayed calm the whole time.
