“I just went there today 8/8/25 to return an Amazon package. My order had UPS as the nearest option for me to return, I always return to Kohls if the option is available which has never failed me. I was very apprehensive at first due to the reviews regarding Amazon returns as well as my own experience with several packages a couple of years ago where Amazon never received the packages. The return was fairly quick. I was in and out in a minute. Guy in the counter scanned my phone and gave me my receipt. I will wait and see if my package really gets sent back to Amazon or if I need to change my review.”

They anticipate what I need when they see what I carry in the door.
They never play dumb. No drama.
One time, I used their fingerprint scanning service for a job application. No problems. Staff member was very patient.”

“I visited this place during a weekday before lunchtime. I found parking easily and it was free. I was here to ship an Amazon return. I had a QR code and Charlie printed out the labels for my two returns.
One thing that I appreciate about Charlie is that they acknowledged me as I came in and let me know that they would be with me in a few moments. I did notice that they were finishing up an another task, but it’s always nice just to hear the communication from the staff member.
Charlie helped my experience go by quick and easy and provided a receipt for me for my reference.”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

I had managed to bring a large piece of furniture for return, carrying it by foot up the hill, and arrived at UPS just as they were about to close. To add to my stress, there was also an issue with the return label. Victor was exceptionally accommodating and eager to assist. His generosity not only made my day but my entire week, and I am immensely grateful to experience this kindness in the community! ?”

“I came in to return Amazon packages. I don’t know how to work my copy machine and printed out giant labels that didn’t work out well at the store.
Hugh helped me out and they went above and beyond with the customer service. They cut out my label with care to scan it properly and then taped it back on. And then gave me advice on what to do to avoid issues for the next time. Amazing. I was seriously impressed with the attention and care. Thank you Hugh!!”

“I’ve had a mailbox at this Postal Annex for a few years now, and I’ve always been super impressed with Morgan. She somehow knows every mailbox customer by name and face—it’s honestly amazing. I walk in and she’s already pulling out my mail before I even say anything.
Even when she’s the only one in the store and there’s a line, she handles it all like a champ. She stays calm, keeps things moving, and still finds a way to be super friendly and helpful to everyone. She’s super organized and just seems to have it all handled, no matter how busy it gets.
Morgan is a big reason I keep coming back. She makes the whole experience feel personal and efficient, and you can tell she really cares. She’s awesome! This place is lucky to have her!”
