Bill is the best pharmacist ever! This pharmacy is closed on Sundays and has wonky schedules on Saturdays but I still get my meds from here solely because.of Bill's superb service!

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Pharmacy picked up the phone and said please hold, I answered ok. Person in the pharmacy said it's going to be a really really long hold time. I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Will never do business there or recommend anyone else to.

YOU WILL VERY LIKELY BE BAGGING YOUR OWN GROCERIES. Two weeks ago, a cashier actually asked us to bag our own groceries because management rarely schedules anyone to help. Today there were zero baggers once again. I asked, and the cashier said that "they all probably went back to school." It is not my preference to argue with a cashier about the meaning of service (or the efficiency of having someone bag groceries to keep the line moving), but clearly management just doesn't give a damn. No, there is no "pack & save" discount for doing it yourself.

Today is the last time I shop at this Lucky store. I bought a 4-pack of snack carrots. When I got them home, I noticed the "sell by" date is 7/ 4/19. Same thing with some Bakers Batch shortbread cookies - "best by" date is 7/2/19. Why are these items still in stock? I used to buy apples slices in the bag but those too always had an expired date. They obviously don't check their inventory. Adios Lucky's .............

I swear they have the most incompetent people working cashier at this store. They all work at a super slow pace. If you ask then a question they have to ask 2-3 other cashiers till someone gets an answer. I only come here cause it's the closest grocery store to my house

I am beyond disappointed in luckys bakery. I preordered a customized cake online for my daughters 4th birthday. Got the confirmation email! 2 days later when it's her birthday.. my husband goes to pick up the cake and they told him they never received the order! And the lady had the nerve to say you and reorder now and pick up tomorrow!! â€

long waits and people are not very friendly ! they don't even engage in conversation also they cut the scrip program from local schools abruptly ! I used to spend $500 plus a month there NO more ! Safeway millbrae great experience and I find cheaper !

-1 Stars is what this store deserves, OMG!!! I was charged for items that were not what I had purchase and was told by Helen to wait in a different line. So I waited and waited and waited!!! I will never come back to this very unorganized store

This review is solely for Bill at the pharmacy. He is so sweet and does a great job at filling my prescriptions fast and always with a reminder call. He's the best.

I'm just reviewing the deli/sandwiches here. They were out of most bread types at lunch on the weekend. I got a sourdough turkey sandwich. The bread was pretty terrible, and the other ingredients were uninteresting. Even as grocery store lunches go, it wasn't good. Molly Stone's has much better sandwiches, and they're still cheap.

Love this store!!!employees are awesome abc they have everything I need. Cashiers are very professional and fast. Plus the meat is local and fresh. Produce has a great variety and the sushi and deli is awesome

The staff here are pretty rude and useless. The tall bald hispanic dude is always rude, all he does is gawk at women. The only helpful person Ive encountered is Mary, she at least greets you. The others? They are not very helpful or friendly, so I don't expect much at all when I come in. Tonight was one of the more terrible experiences I've had. It was 8pm and there was 1 cashier. Yeah 1 lane open!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a busy night with 14-15 people waiting in that line!!! The poor lady who worked in the self check out section attempted to call another cashier, but no help arrived. The line was getting longer and longer and customers were becoming upset and irritated. No manager was around. How can a business be run like this? I waited 20-25 minutes to check out. Next time I will have to think twice before coming here. Management needs to step up and take control or this place will go down.
