Not only did Leonel do a fantastic job with my repairs, he was timely and went above & beyond by delivering my jewelry to me because I was unable to get to his shop! I’d give him more than five stars ⭐️ if it was possible!!!

Great customer service, been there twice for ring resizing. Ring got done really well, and today stopped by to replace lost stone on one earring, and he did it for free) Will definitely come back! Thank you for your great service.

to switch out the battery, grabbed lunch + picked them up. Would definitely recommend him.

Beware... I brought my $2000 Ball watch to Leonel's in the summer of 2023 for a mainspring repair (a promised 2 week repair) and the watch wasn't returned to me until March 2024. I went been back to the shop at least 10 times to retrieve my watch with excuse after excuse why it is not ready. I even asked for it back, unrepaired, and Leonel wouldn't return it. He would seldom answer his phone which meant a drive to his shop each time, sometimes the drive was a waste because he wasn't open during his posted hours. In March I went back to Leonel's on a Saturday morning to demand my watch back one last time, repaired or not. I was also prepared to report the watch stolen if I did not get it back. Surprisingly Leonel said I'll finish it up right now... it'll take about an hour. I waited in his shop until it was finished. Oddly, during that hour wait two other people came in upset that he had not finished their watches. A gentleman said his watch was there since January and a lady came in fuming that it had been over a year since she has seen her watch. Makes me wonder how many others if I would encounter two others within that hour wait. Got my watch back, it's running and keeping time... but now the date and 24 hour clock indicator doesn't work. They were working fine before the mainspring problem and when I brought the watch in. Leonel did not charge me for the work, but now I have to pay someone else to fix what he broke. My conclusion: I noticed all the positive reviews are mainly battery and band replacements, which is fast and easy to do. But if you have any complex repairs I believe you are at risk of experiencing what I did. I'll update again when I hear what the next watch repair shop says about my new issues since taking my watch to Leonel's. Update 3/28/24: I brought my watch to another jeweler. The second jeweler reports that the date and 24 hour clock indicator do not work because there is a gear and spacer missing. The jeweler also found tape on the back of the dial that shouldn't be there and a post damaged. My theory now is that Leonel's lost/broke parts and was trying to find replacement parts during the long duration of time he had my watch which evidently turned out to be an unsuccessful effort. Now I have to send the watch back to Ball to determine if parts are still available and if the watch can be fixed. I understand that mishaps happen but Leonel should have been forthright and honest. He should have told me when I picked up my watch that there was damage instead of pretending everything was okay... and he shouldn't have led me on for 8 months. Stay tuned for additional information when I get an estimate of repair from Ball Watch.

Beware… I brought my $2000 watch there 8 months ago for a mainspring repair and the watch is still not ready. I’ve been back to the shop at least 10 times with excuse after excuse why it is not ready. I even asked for it back, un repaired and Leonel won’t return it. I guess it’s small claims court next.

Brought my watch clasp here for tightening and this lovely gentleman helped me in less than 3 minutes! I'll be back with my Omega and any other watch repairs we need. A fantastic experience.

I needed help putting the cover back on my watches after replacing the battery. Leonel helped me put back the cover for two watches free of charge, whereas other watch repair shops quoted me between $10-$20. Stellar service. Highly recommend!

I went to Leonel's shop looking to replace the battery for my G-shock. He not only replaced the battery for me, but he also readjusted the hands after he saw they were not in sync with the time on the digital face - and all for a reasonable price. His shop is worth your time and money. I would definitely come back here again
