“Now I know why this place got most of the five-star rating, I went to the store try to buy a kitchen faucet because my original kitchen faucet have a very low pressure, so I call a famous plumber in Daly City, and they said the faucet have an internal clog which cannot be fix, so they suggest me to buy a new one which can easily cause more than six or seven hundred dollars for a good brand name. So I went to LP and I believe Hung is the owner of the store, he has a lot variety of kitchen faucet and he explained that very well to me on each one, during the conversation I explained what's the problem on my kitchen faucet and he told me I don't really need to get a new one, don't waste your money because it is only a simple fix so he taught me step by step how to clean the flow separator but unfortunately it won't work so I decided to take the whole thing back to the shore and ask Hung. He just took a quick look and took some parts out and do a little cleaning. Unbelievably my kitchen faucet work as new with strong water flow. That save me a couple hundred dollar from buying a new faucet. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and families, too bad I can't give this store a 10 star otherwise I will do so. “Horizon Renovation remodeled our kitchen and got it done surprisingly quickly, and on budget. I have never worked with a contractor who worked as consistently on a project--one week they came 6 days! It really blew me away, as I've had contractors who would take entire weeks off. I was prepared to have the project take over a month, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Their work ethic is extremely impressive.They not only did the work we asked, they gave us some design suggestions that turned out to be very helpful. They were responsible, responsive, and did good work. The only thing they could have done better was dust mitigation; also, they do not automatically provide debris removal, but you can request it, or find your own hauling service (which I did). Overall they did a very good job for the price, and I would definitely recommend them.Service: Kitchen remodeling”

Marion was cordial in showing us choices and has real enthusiasm for our project. Albert designed a slab layout to work with all of the stations in our kitchen. He offered for me to see, and participate in, the fabrication layout process, which I did. Both Albert and Marion were very skilled at customer service, remaining in contact during our journey leading up to purchasing prefabricated quartz, the layout, fabrication and installation of our brand new counters. Should I say we chose Silestone in a finish that goes well with our cabinets and flooring color scheme, while brightening up our remodeled space! We appreciated working with Marion and Albert. He mirrored the original design, added improvements to it, and gave me a lead time that was better than any of the other showrooms. “Sam was great to work with. He came to my house two days after I cold called him. He measured and drew up plans by the next day. I visited the store a couple of times after that to pick wood for my cabinets. No one in the shop did a hard-sell, and Sam was happy to draw up new plans as my project changed. Not only were the keys the same price, but they also helped recut the keys from Home Depot. Never going anywhere else!”
