The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the rooms and service. It's hard to find accommodations this well-kept at such a good rate in the Bay Area!

The rooms were immaculate—modern, perfectly clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, from the bedding to the bathrooms. It’s clear the staff takes real pride in keeping the rooms in top condition. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to get work done and stay connected throughout our stay.

One of the standout aspects was the attitude of the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and refreshingly upbeat. There was a great sense of humor and warmth that made the whole environment feel welcoming and relaxed.

People in this industry are not looking for opulence, just simply a retreat to relax and recharge. Hotel Aura possesses all of the creature comforts that we utilize in a clean, comfortable environment. Operated by a friendly staff and all topped off with a fair price, what more could you ask for?”

“For what it is, it is a fantastic place to stay. I got a last minute room at around midnight after my flight was delayed, the man behind the counter was very helpful and had a room set up for me before I even got there. The room was very clean and was very nice for the price, and it being so close to the airport was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend staying if you need a cheap place near the airport”

“Small, clean and plenty of parking! Free internet, continental breakfast and parking what else can you ask for? Lobby and breakfast small, but for the prices you can to go wrong.

“The hotel was a bit stuffy and noisy, but my receptionist brother Emin helped us a lot when we were left without a hotel at night. We felt very comfortable in the two-room apartment. The only problem was that the floors were carpeted and the ventilation was very noisy. The room was generally comfortable and clean.”

“A good manager always reflects the quality of their team, and the Marriott at San Bruno is no exception. Ms.Rafia Hakim is a hands-on, professional, efficient, and humble manager who made our 10-day stay truly comforting even during a challenging time for our family.

We were in San Bruno from Virginia due to my son's surgery, and although the circumstances were tough, Ms. Hakim and her team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Employees like Tessie, Javier, Jude, Patricia, Tom and Mary Ann treated us like family. Their kindness, care, and compassion truly touched our hearts during the whole stay.

Thanks to their support, our difficult time felt a little lighter, and I'm happy to say that my son is doing much better now.

“Overall decent hotel. Kind front desk and inside is pretty nice for 2.5star hotel.
One thing to note is just know airport shuttle is free but shared with three other hotels. So it gets very packed in the shuttle.”
