A well-cleaned room with a large bed. No indoor glasses (plastic cups only)I was staying on the second floor, but I could hear the noise of the plumbing next door being used 3 times (noisy).The building was old and was undergoing paint renovation.The downtown area, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, is a wonderful street lined with Italian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hawaiian, Filipino, Thai, and Japanese restaurants.

Too noisy since the motel is right on the street .. although the service was great and they were able to upgrade to a deluxe room even before I could ask for and that’s supposed to be calmest side but didn’t seem like .. not sure how it’s on the other side ..!! Apart from that, it’s closer to the airport ..!

Good value for money, rooms very spacious, less than 10 minutes by car to SFO airport. Staff friendly.Rooms: Room spacious.Noteworthy details: close to the airport, no shuttle service.

I don't understand how a company of this statue is capable of double charging someone for a hotel room, when communication was made regarding the reason of travel. To be an owner and deny the request of a refund for a double charge in my eyes is theft. As an owner you should be HIGHLY disappointed in your actions and business ethics.

Older hotel , room was large and clean. Some things were broken - toilet roll holder to name one. Basic microwave. One person spa. Big shock was a $25 fee for arriving supposedly 3 hours early, after advising that we would be ready to book in at 12. Strict 3 pm book in apparently ??? It's called an airport hotel but it's well away from it.Food & drinks: Lots of fast food places like Ihop

Update:I didn't see the 'owners' response until right now. I was never offered another room muchless an upgraded room. If I had, I would have taken the room.The people seem to be nice but the electronic lock on my door malfunctioned every night trying to get in my room! They showed me they had a list of doors that were malfunctioning. They said someone would check out the hardware on the the next day (Thanksgiving) but the next day, there was a note saying they will check it out if it continues to be a problem. They didn't consider it a big problem. The first night, I went up and down the elevator about 6 times before someone came up with me! They should have given me some discount on paying for the rooms or moved me to a room that doesn't have issues with the lock but they didn't. I will never go there again.

Exceptional rooms I gotta say, clean, quiet and spacious! I was in need of an airport hotel during my stay for work and this was greater than what I had expected. 5-6 minutes from the airport, near plenty of restaurants and next door to an IHOP for breakfast. Front desk was helpful and the price was more than fair. Really recommend this hotel!

I saw the excellent reviews for this hotel. The positives: Fair price and professional staff who cares about their guests. The parking garage is not large, but the parking spaces are pretty roomy. I've seen much tighter parking spaces in the Bay Area. I felt safe parking my car in their garage. My room was very clean. Very clean bedsheets. Safe area. Clean microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in-room. Clean common areas and lobby. The negatives: Wifi works but is not fast enough to perform high bandwidth functions like Zoom. I could tell that the mattress and towels are not high quality. The heater/air conditioner was hard to manage; it was either too hot or too cold. The room next door to me had several people in it, and the walls are so thin that I could hear them laughing and talking. That's how thin the walls are. I was awakened several times over the night because the room next to me was up late having a good time. Shower water pressure could be stronger for those of us with long hair. Also the desk chair is too high for the desk and cannot be lowered/adjusted. My back hurt while I was working on my laptop because I had to bend down in the chair. Nevertheless, the price is right, and I would stay here again.

I stayed in room 204, bathroom curtain had mold, bedsheets had 2 small blood stains and looked like sheets had not been changed. Convenient location but they need to do better

Only thing is, wish there was an airport shuttle...The price of the Uber, makes it more than the hotel next door that happens to have an airport shuttle.Rooms here are also,,, right on a BUSY 4 lane road..You need to be real tired to sleep during the day here...Also need to have tv turned way up!..Sure hope it quotes down at night... oops (6 lanes )
