Returned an unopened still in new package item and over 1 month later I didn’t see a refund posted on my credit card. It eventually showed up but should be quicker.
Also, why are there GameStop stores at all? There are plenty of online shops to buy games and fan merchandise from. These should all be closed!!!

Arick hovered the entire time I was in the store today thinking I was a thief and got uncomfortably close. I was looking around games for more than 20 minutes and he never left my side and kept telling his coworker that he was keeping an eye on my friend and I. I just paid what I already grabbed and left because I just couldn't deal with Arick following around the entire store anymore. Truly unprofessional behavior that made the visit an unpleasant one.

They closed an hour earlier than their posted hours and then gave a dirty look when we pulled on the door handles, confused.

Going to miss when this location closes fairly soon, since Tanforan will be remodeled into the bio-tech campus. It is the closest gamestop to home [since the bayhill one many years back closed sadly] Nowel the gamestop team leader employee was excellent. He went to make sure the customers felt welcome, and gave them advice on games, and to myself as well. He even gave me a free pokemon for whoever i knew played pokemon violet/scarlet; may be because i bought a $60 game [smash ultimate as a gift] so i got the free pokemon for another game, for free!

It is what it is. This store front will probably go under once the Tanforan Mall has been closed.With that said, don't visit the night staff, they clearly give two scheisses about your needs, and their attitude will rule Supreme once you enter with a monotone greet. Your questions will irritate them, and God forbid you attempt to strike a conversation with them.There's more entertainment at a semetary watching grass grow than to put up with the walking dead at this Game Stop. So stop with the store front act here and shut it down already GS. Let your staff free from their agony and damnation.
