If you want to be mistreated this is definitely the flower shop to come!!

The owner of this company is disgusting and vulgar. Kept repeatedly telling me to go play with myself. And when I said excuse me..he continues with you mean to tell me you've never touched yourself...you've never played with yourself. Disgusting!

Excellent customer service! I can't say enough about that and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Bay area! Helped me place a last minute order an Valentine's Day and got it delivered right before she arrived!Grazie!

I use to use them back in the days when I was looking for flowers for my wife on certain events. Tanya is very sweet and I have to admit that their prices are very affordable compared to other flower shops. Thank you.

The flower arrangement was really lovely. Compared to some of the other arrangements at the funeral this one stood out with a very subtle mix of colors, the peonies/roses and filler were just the right tone for the event. The flowers were very fresh, smelled wonderful, and received many favorable comments. This basket arrangement was the only one taken to the wake by the family, they were seen putting it in one of their cars to enjoy at home after a long day of memories. The shop called after I placed the order to confirm the time they should arrive for the viewing since there was a viewing at one venue and service the next day at another. The person I spoke with was very helpful, friendly, and did a wonderful job. I appreciated the attention to detail and the beautiful flowers.

When I walked in it didn't seem like there was any flowers to choose from. The owner? Said all the flowers were in the back. I ended up getting a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my aunt .

I didn't get to order flowers from here because the person who helped me (I assume, he's the owner) was incredibly rude. I needed a corsage for my son's prom, mind you it's two weeks out! When I walked in, I didn't get the friendliest greeting. He asked what I needed and I explained I wanted a customized corsage. He immediately told me no one in town is able to fulfill my order because everyone is busy with prom and Mother's Day. Umm, BS I called around prior to going there and no one had any issues with my request. It's two weeks out!! When I told him that, he reluctantly asked to see a sample picture of what I had in mind. When I showed it to him, he just asked for color of flowers and ribbon. He did not jot down any description of the sample I had. My gut and body was telling me to get the "F" out of there. So I made up an excuse and told him I had to consult with my son first and I'll come back. He had the nerve to say "why don't you call him now?" Hello my son is at school! Besides why would I want to come back, you're rude AF and unprofessional!

I have now had numerous deliveries from Flowers by Silvestri, they are always beautiful arrangements, exactly as I wanted (even with special requests), they deliver on time, the flowers last a long time and smell wonderful. I had tried for years to have flowers delivered to my Mother, all the big companies would deliver junk flowers, incorrect orders or just not show up at all. Flowers by Silvestri is the only business I will use for my loved ones.
