Arlene and the Crew working tonight were awesome. They actually greeted me when I walked in the store. Arlene worked hard to help me resolve my issue. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and willingness to help.

Very friendly and helpful staff and offers a lot of selection to choose from. Also they offer sales items you won't find in other athletic shoes stores.

I absolutely love this store for many reasons. I have been coming to this location for many years and great customer service and great employees over the years has contributed to this. There is a manager (Matt), this guy makes my day when I visit this store, he is always in a good mood, I have yet to see him without smiles, a friendly and polite aura, and the reason why I still continue to do business at this location. Also the store manager she is pretty cool as well. They both seem to care more about customer service and customer satisfaction then anything else, and truly are not disappointed if they don't get a sale out of it every time. It's very very rare that I don't make a purchase when I am in the store, it's hard for me not to. I am a loyal customer so I buy shoes quite often. I leave every time with a smile and the satisfaction of knowing I received great customer service and don't feel as if I am pressured into buying something or feel taken advantage of. I must say it's a greatly appreciated thing. I will continue to carry on doing business here as long as I can receive the customer service and respect I have been receiving throughout the years. Thank you!

Excellent customer service which could not be better. The young lady found what I wanted and took care of me in a friendly, courteous manner and expeditious way. I will buy all of my basketball athletic shoes at Finish Line.

They closed before posted time of 8pm. I needed to return a purchase but employees didn't even acknowledge me. Don't post that you close at 8pm if you're going to shut your doors way before then.
