“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them. This time, what a huge difference. Jaime is the best! !”

“I had a good experience switching providers from Verizon to Metro by T-Mobile. I visited twice: the first time to figure out the right plan and what info I needed to have ready, and the second time to switch providers. Steven helped me both times and was helpful and friendly. He was also patient and understanding when I wanted to test the service by calling the store to make sure everything worked before I left. Everything worked and the process was easy. I didn't work with the other staff, but I highly recommend talking to Steven for honest, helpful answers and solutions. Thank you!”

“Best convenience store in town. Fair prices and the attendant actually was willing to help find my items, unlike the people in the gas station across the street. 5 stars.”

“I love this target, not because its close to me, well yes, thats one reason, but everything is pretty clean and organized. The staff and pharmacy is very helpful, nice, considerate and knowledgable. of the many things that stuck out every time I visit, this one particular interaction with a team member in the pharmacy section, Chris M, i think (apologies if his last initial is incorrect). I was looking for a single box for covid 19 and could not find it as I was looking for a specific one, which was not there. I was also looking for robitussin, which i couldnt find as well. I saw a younger team member that was putting away stock near the pharmacy and things related area and asked him here the robitussin was, then after that i asked him where the covid tests were and showed him a picture of what i was looking for via the target app. it looked like he was trying to say something, but as the same time it looked like he was reading my lips. he gave me pretty strong details on where the robitussin was and with the covid 19 test kit, he scanned the tag and it seems that it was not ready to be stocked, im not sure, but how much he didnt take a second away from helping me find the items i needed and while seemingly reading my lips, I was very impressed with his overall service, personality, work ethic and the interaction of his help. shout out to Chris M. near the pharmacy area for reading my lips and knowing what i needed and where exactly to find them. aside from the particular covid test not readily available, it was not a big deal, I value his service and quick actions and knowledge when I needed it.”

“This has got to be the friendliest 7-eleven that I have ever been to! Not sure if the gentleman I met tonight is the owner or not, but that employee deserves a raise.”

“Transferred to T-Mobile from another carrier because they have great rates and like their $40 plan. It's been a few months now and everything is good with my new T-mobile plan and phone ( did I mention I got their special Free iPhone giveaway ) - awesome. Definitely would come back and will like to do their home internet next. Special mention to Jaime, great help and customer service.”

“7/11 in San Bruno, CA, San Mateo County, is the busiest one that I have ever encountered. And believe me, I've encountered a lot of them, as I'm sure many folks have. But this one, and ALL 7/11s are never empty for long, this one really stands out.Product availability, as well as a wide assortment of food, drinks, beverages, alcoholic and none, is always satisfied.Their food fresh every day, from salads to delicious, thick sandwiches. Of course toiletries, snacks, sweets stationed galore in the isles.Because it's a smaller store, doesn't mean that you won't find s quick Dinner item in the frozen section right next to the ice, and desert could be had, out of the ice cream chest, always filled with cold yummies.Bring a chocolate bar or two, to an old friend. Make new ones when you get a variety of taquitos and/or pizza slices from the hot grill table. They even have TOILET PAPER people, toiletpaper! I'm not kidding. Maybe I should keep that find secret, before the 5 individuals of the selfish kind, monopolize the purchase (again) and swoop them all off!Anyhow. Busy place, busy store, busy at the "Covid-19 prepared"and approved counter. That the employees, and/or owners of this particular 7/11 do not smile, and hardly speak, is something that I've gotten accustomed to by now, in the last couple of years and maybe longer. That's ok. I still get service and the correct change back, and their 'offerings" of an acceptable price.Clean store, no bathrooms are also not a requirement. Half of the 7/11s do not offer facilities.Do to space availability perhaps. And like mentioned; plenty of stuff for everyone!I'll give them four stars, and when their communication skills develop out of its infancy, then they can have 5. 7/11 in San Bruno!”

“I like this Target - actually I like all the Target's around this area. I usually find what I need, they have great selections of things, prices are generally pretty good and their return policy is great as well. Staff is nice and customer friendly. I normally do self checkout but if a cashier has no one in line I'm there. Yeah it's a bummer to have to wait for cases to be opened to get certain items but it's not the employees fault it's all the dam thievery going around. Although I will say some of the things they have locked up is kinda weird - men's undies and socks? But I am assuming based on their inventory what they have locked up is maybe what's been stolen the most - not sure but that's my guess. Anyway shout out to all the Targets (Tanforan, Daly City, Colma) and their employees I hope you stay in business and I will do my part to buy stuff from your store. Oh and here's a tip for the haters - Targets food is pretty good and priced better than Safeway or Lucky - especially the can goods - check it out.”
