This DXL has been a fantastic experience from my first visit! Richie and Mauricio have been extremely helpful with their suggestions for style and explanation how different styles may fit differently (like with sport coats). I’ve been back a handful of times since and it’s been a very comfortable experience each time. These guys are great! Highly recommend.

I was greeted by a friendly sales associate who immediately helped me get measured and try on a coat and pants. But then he took me to the dressing room, which hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks, and is covered with thick dust, pins, clothing clips, and even a couple dead bugs. When I was ready to try on other ideas he had for me, I couldn’t find him at first. This is crazy. One guy working with several customers trying on stuff and who is waiting on a long line at the register. Only other employee is moving stock around not even greeting customers who are CLEARLY wanting assistance!! I decided to sit and wait awhile, but the customers kept coming to the register. While seated I noticed that the entire store was in need of vacuuming. Despite the young man’s friendly demeanor and his willingness to help, I decided my time would be better spent in a store where customer service rates higher priority than stock rotation.

Amy customer service. Richie is the absolute best! And for him to be so attentive, efficient and thorough when he is running the entire store by himself is incredible!

Website says they open at 10am. Signs on door says they open at 10am. Drove down for SF to buy some clothes on a Friday morning. Got there at 10.45am. Store is dark, doors are locked. Definitely not open at 10am. Wasted 2hrs round trip.

Clean with very friendly staff. I went in for a couple of things, and the person working helped me style a few looks, and I walked out very happy. And have gotten a number of compliments.
