I should have read the reviews to this place before I went in. I rarely leave reviews but I'm doing it so that no one else experiences the same thing. Took in a t-shirt idea and asked for a quote. T-shirt idea had 1 photo and the rest was script writing. Usually when you get a quote, it's supposed to be for the entire coat. The gentleman I spoke to told me $35. When I came back to pick up the shirt, the $35 I was quoted turned into $75!!!! Apparently, the script writing was not included and was extra. So then why is $35 the only price I was told? Wouldn't it have been more honest to say the total price for the shirt to be done is "X" amount of dollars. If this is a common business practice, then that's a terrible way to do it. I would blame a language barrier but I speak Spanish too, so there was no misunderstanding on my part. Be upfront and give your customers the total cost on a quote, otherwise, you should honor the price based on the misunderstanding and lack of being detailed enough on your charges. It diminishes the quality of your work instantly! This place just lost a potential customer for good based on the lack of giving a proper quote. I invite whoever the owner is to coach Gustavo how to properly quote customers that come into your shop. If a design is shown don't be dishonest and say $35, quote me upfront for the whole thing so that it's clear that it costs more.

Covid has left too many empty shops and so we were disappointed to find too many of the places we wanted to shop at had gone out of business. Add to that the lack of people made the place feel a bit like a ghost town

Way 2 to expensive for 7 shirts was 370.00 that's as much as the party cost me .

The lady working there took 2 hours to do one shirt, overcharge and tried to keep my 25$ in change.

I would go to this mall just to dine in at Hooter (the best overall hooters in my history in dining at any hooters restaurant). Since covid happened and the restaurant closed permanently, it hasn't been the same and was extremely heartbroken that it closed permanently.

I was quoted $67 for a single toddler T-shirt ($12 for the shirt and over $50 for the printing) with a single image printed on the front and back. This is about 3 times more expensive than other shirts I've gotten printed in the past and I was not really given an explanation as to why the shirt was so expensive.

Went into the store today to get a custom shirt remade because I lost the original one. The man working there was really nice and worked with me to get all the details just right despite the intricate details. Within 30 min, he had my shirt remade and it was absolutely perfect! Would go there again for all my one off shirt designs. Thank you so much!!

Not only do I find them to be overpriced, the only thing I took from their customer service was that they're so money hungry. I called in the AM inquiring very clearly about a last min order for a 4 shirts w printing needed. We agreed it could be done and continued the ordering process via email. As I called into pay, every time I tried to get confirmation that I'd get my order later that day or early the next day- he would disregard my question and ask to go ahead with my card number. The FOURTH or FIFTH time I slowly and sternly brought up fulfillment time and needing it the time I did, he finally chuckled and insisted that it wouldn't be possible. He stated that was the agreement earlier when I called but now that it's getting late it would take longer. So annoying that he would attempt to take payment before confirming any changes on my order... I found them overpriced too but only considered them because they said they could get the job done...

I needed to get a bunch of shirts made last minute for my brother's funeral and contacted Custom Arena. They were able to accept the photo file and turn around the shirts within just a few hours. The quality of the image was very clear and the shirt was of good weight and overall construction. I will say the pricing was not cheap, but perhaps it was the type of printing they used? I suppose I'm not well-versed enough in screen printing to understand the difference. Either way, we were satisfied with the quality, turn around and communication from this business. THANK YOU!

After searching the Bay Area and finding nothing that fit the parameters of what I needed, ( good price and same day service) my friend suggested I come here, and that goodness. I needed 6 shirts for Monday, ( its 5pn on Friday). And NO PROBLEM. Friendly, helpful, and knowxterm MNdgeable. Gave me a discount and did a great job. Thank you forGTG: your help. I will be back
