1199 El Camino Real, San Bruno“There is a reason why it's called econo gas. It's affordable.Only problem is that it gave a gas station in the middle of nowhere vibes but hey cheap gas....”
“I'm a bit late writing this review, but to say I've been slacking this year is quite an understatement. I have my reasons...very good reasons, indeed. But I wanted to provide my 0.02 cents about this place so here goes: Friday, July 8, 2022, I was waiting on El Camino Real on San Bruno waiting to pick-up my friend at the airport and wanted to fill up on GA$ before I got the text to head to the terminal. I googled "cheap gas near me" and this one popped up as the cheapest. The average GA$ prices at that time were over $6.00 so $5.84 (5 cents cheaper if you pay with cash) was worth the 0.08 miles drive. It's located just off of Skyline Blvd. past 280 in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. There are 8 pumps with plenty of space to maneuver your vehicle. They sell your typical items you can get at any gas station/convenience store. It's also easy to get in and out from with limited traffic in the area. The next "cheapest GA$" on the list was $5.99 just a few blocks away on the same street on San Bruno Ave. As of today, their GA$ (unleaded) is listed as $5.34. Still not under the $5.00 threshold unlike Costco, but it's still "cheaper" compared to other gas stations within the same vicinity. Hope this review saves you a pretty penny.”
“This is a small local vegetable store, but their presentation of goods were very beautiful and I could tell they were fresh. I do not cook much, but I think I should purchase tomato-and-banana kind of easy-to-eat vegetables here rather than larger supermarkets. By the way, the tags were all written in Spanish, e.g. cebolla for onion and naranja for orange.”

2001 Rollingwood Dr, San Bruno“Thank God this place is open and thank you to the employee working there for the night shift. Needed gas and only had cash on me nearing midnight. No one else was open and this place was one of the only places open accepting cash at the pump.Thank you again.”

512 El Camino Real, San Bruno“They did a great job! Other places say hand wash but this place is truly a HAND WASH! They essentially wash your car twice by hand. Once before entering and again during the machine wash. They finish fast too. I’ll be back”

1199 El Camino Real, San Bruno“Great service overpriced but nice. Plus the guy comes out to make sure you miss your first free wash, and on top of that he turns off the machine so you get to pay twice $ - $ its amazing . Lights seem a little dimmed but other than that this is a destination . Bring your kids wife neighbors and dogs.”

“I appreciate our local CVS stores, the managers and employees, especially at Burlingame Plaza, which is open 24 hours, and the efficiency and professionalism and helpfulness of the pharmacy employees, and also the stores at Bayhill in San Bruno, and the Daly City store near Eastmoor. I know that it is the managers and employees that make sure the stores have so many vital things needed for the home, and in my case, for the care of my homebound parents, especially things that their medical provider are not helpful with. From bandages to topical ointments, to medical devices like wheelchairs and other adaptions for the home to help people as they lose their mobility and their health declines. To be able to go to the store at almost any hour and find the things that you need, with the stress taking care of someone with a variety of medical needs, is a great relief, and greatly appreciated that the managers and clerks are thoughtful about this in helping those who shop there.”

105 Angus Ave, San Bruno“7/11 in San Bruno, CA, San Mateo County, is the busiest one that I have ever encountered. And believe me, I've encountered a lot of them, as I'm sure many folks have. But this one, and ALL 7/11s are never empty for long, this one really stands out.Product availability, as well as a wide assortment of food, drinks, beverages, alcoholic and none, is always satisfied.Their food fresh every day, from salads to delicious, thick sandwiches. Of course toiletries, snacks, sweets stationed galore in the isles.Because it's a smaller store, doesn't mean that you won't find s quick Dinner item in the frozen section right next to the ice, and desert could be had, out of the ice cream chest, always filled with cold yummies.Bring a chocolate bar or two, to an old friend. Make new ones when you get a variety of taquitos and/or pizza slices from the hot grill table. They even have TOILET PAPER people, toiletpaper! I'm not kidding. Maybe I should keep that find secret, before the 5 individuals of the selfish kind, monopolize the purchase (again) and swoop them all off!Anyhow. Busy place, busy store, busy at the "Covid-19 prepared"and approved counter. That the employees, and/or owners of this particular 7/11 do not smile, and hardly speak, is something that I've gotten accustomed to by now, in the last couple of years and maybe longer. That's ok. I still get service and the correct change back, and their 'offerings" of an acceptable price.Clean store, no bathrooms are also not a requirement. Half of the 7/11s do not offer facilities.Do to space availability perhaps. And like mentioned; plenty of stuff for everyone!I'll give them four stars, and when their communication skills develop out of its infancy, then they can have 5. 7/11 in San Bruno!”
“I strongly recommend Walgreens for local photo printing. They still use a good-quality (150 - 200 GSM) photo paper for their prints whereas with the paper CVS now uses, you had might as well print your photos at home on regular printer paper. Walgreens for classic quality. ?”

333 El Camino Real, San Bruno“Of all the Walgreens Ive been to, this is the only place that I will give 5 stars. The employees here were really accomodating and helpful especially their manager, Bri who came to help me. Bri greeted me politely and attended to my needs. Aside from being beautiful, I believe that shes an exceptional manager the way she speaks to her employees and a great role model. Thank you for your assistance Bri, this is my go to walgreens from now on and I would highly recommend this location to anyone!”
“Well, they claim this is the only vegan convenience store / gas station in North America, and I believe them! It’s such a non-sequitur that I don’t know why anyone else would do it. BUT I’M GLAD HANGRY PLANET EXISTS! As consumers, we vote with our dollars and if I am going to spend any money on gasoline I’d like to give it to people who use the locale to advocate against animal cruelty! I did have a weird experience the first time I came here (over a year ago) and tried to use the car wash. The car was did not work at all and they had to send my car through multiple times while resetting it. It eventually sort of worked. They also had a promotion on their website stating that if you bought any car wash you’d get a free dairy-free ice cream but the employee insisted that only applied to the premium car was although the website clearly stated otherwise. I eventually talked them into giving me the ice cream. Later experiences I’ve had are just for a fill-up and quick snack which have all been positive and hassle-free!”
