Outstanding customer service and work provided! My TV went out and I called commbridge electronics services. They actually came out in just a few hours and diagnosed the problem. Came back the next day with the needed part and fixed the problem.

This review is from my brother who lives in San Bruno. "My brother, Jim E, wanted to repair his 15 year old Samsung TV instead of replacing it. Latha went above beyond what you would expect any service provider to do to figure out what was wrong and was able to repair it for us. We would call on her again if we needed an electronic repair."

I called a record store in Redwood City that referred me to here when my record player broke. The price of fixing it would likely be near a new one's cost, but it was a gift so I went here and was pleasantly surprised by Commbridge's willingness to work with the player and my lack of knowledge of its intricacies. All I had to do after them was change the needle but its as if it never circuited.

I purchased a used VCR to view some memories on old video tapes. Everyone there is super technical when it comes to electronics. They're willing to help you with questions, and user error problems. I'm so happy I found this company. I think they can fix almost anything! I highly recommend this company.

OMG, they have been a life saver! Our LG TV broke and we had so many issues with LG customer service we waited 5 weeks before we got in touch with these guys. When we finally got their number, the TV was fixed in less than 24h.Thank you so much for the good service.

Commbridge Electronics tried to repair my Optoma Projector. They originally diagnosed the issue as a Lamp Repair, however after replacing the Lamp the projector worked at the shop. When I went home to set it up, the original problem presented itself once again, the lamp would light up but the screen would not display any video. After bringing it back for them to review it once more, they could not figure out the source of the issue with the projector so they refunded me all my money. 5 stars because they refunded me in full after not being able to fix the issue with my projector. If you plan on bringing in your electronics, please confirm that Latha will be the point of contact working on it.

Updated Review:Turns out LG didn't notify them of any issues until 3 days ago. Once I got in contact with them and updated them on the situation they rushed someone out to pick up the TV and had it back the next day ready to go. Excellent service, quick and painless.If you happen to have an LG warranty case that lands with them, give them a call and they will take much better care of you than LG ever could.

I had a 75" LG from Costco which started misbehaving only 3 or 4 months after I bought it, and LG directed me to Commbridge for servicing.Right from the start, Latha was a great communicator. She did some preliminary diagnostics remotely, determined the issue, and ordered the required parts. She kept me up to date on the part status and gave me lots of lead time on the arrival and on when we could get the servicing done. She also gave me the option of bringing the TV in or having the servicing done onsite at my place.Parts took a week or so, and she texted me to schedule the work as soon as they came in. Ultimately, the TV was too big to fit in the car, and so she and another tech drove almost 2 hours to get the work done onsite, on a Sunday no less. The team was great; on time, friendly, and professional throughout. They had the TV disemboweled and fixed in short order, and put everything back in place including testing signal and internet.It was a great pleasure to work with Latha and the team from Commbridge.

This repair center is one of the worst. Will take take your money as a "deposit". You will have to call just to ask if they have fixed the problem on your unit or item. Overpriced. Sounds mad when you talk over the phone. Wait! I'm the customer here. I'm the one supposed to be mad because my issue wasn't resolved and you took my money already. They don't even take care of your stuff, they mixed them with other stuff scattered all over the place. Never ever will I go back or recommend this place. My experience in this place is horrible. Waste of time and money!??
