Signage in the parking structure is minimal and misleading. Escalators are blocked off in the building, and elevators are not properly maintained. The theaters are cramped, unclean, and not renovated. Staff are few and far between, generally unmotivated. Drive a bit down 101 to enjoy the San Mateo location.

The theater may be an ok place to catch a flick, but the mall and food court are pretty barren. It's sad, that Americans don't venture out of their houses much anymore

This Theater is a little older than other Cinemark's but it's a great place to avoid crowds. Staff are friendly and courteous very helpful. Lots of restaurants near by.

When I was stuck out and about for 10 hours with my luggage waiting for my flight, this Cinemark became my home for the day. comfortable seats, good popcorn, actual food options on the concession stand. Clean bathrooms and outlets near the lobby seating. A great way to burn up many hours painlessly. This theater is also only 1 BART stop away from the airport so it really was so convenient for me. If you're ever stuck waiting all day for a flight, this is a great place to waste time.

Theater was great for my first time visiting in San Francisco, but the staff could have been a little more helpful and could have pointed where I had to go instead of sitting there and just looking but other than that the theater was great :).

Quiet on a Sunday. Saw Deadpool & Wolverine with only 25 or so people. The D-Box seats were cool to experience this movie. Also, there was 4 Uber pick up spots nearby to get back to SFO quickly
