1st time I brought my car here, I wasn't that satisfied. However, I believe in 2nd chances and they still failed to deliver. I like the hand wash part but the job is just not quality. Soap suds came flying to my windows while I drove away. Found a scratch on the bumper too. Sorry but this spot is not for me.

They did a great job! Other places say hand wash but this place is truly a HAND WASH! They essentially wash your car twice by hand. Once before entering and again during the machine wash. They finish fast too. I’ll be back

They upped charge on small SUVs even though the sedan in front of me was 2 feet longer. They have no reason to do that I asked why are you charging me more she couldn't explain it I just wanted an explanation. Then she use profanity and started swearing at me. The lady deserves to be fired. I'm trying to get in contact with the owner if everybody knows the number, please let me know. Thank you. Straight rip off the same Chevron in Burlingame doesn't upsell you and would never disrespect a customer like that Falmouth lady did today

I remember this used to be a reputable place for a car wash…well not anymore. 1st, the prices visibly advertised are not the same prices when you have to select and pay. 2nd, their “hand wash” service is not the best. I drove off today, unknowingly with remanence of 3 separate bird droppings. My bad for not getting out of the car to examine, I guess I had too much faith in the service. That was the last time. $30 for a lightly petted wash.

I collected 10 green papers to get $10 off my next wash and the guy told me they weren't valid and took them all from me without discount and before I paid he told me he was going to give me the discount and then charged me full price and told me he couldn't give me discount . the same guy always works when I come you would think he would remember me . I took so long to collect all 10 just to not get the discount . false advertisement

Quick and efficient!! If you're expecting spotless perfection post-car wash, maybe temper your expectations a little bit. But for everyone else looking to get in and get out with a solid wash, this is great! Make sure to tip, too!!!

Had been here a few times to get my car washed with no issues but this time I went my car was scratched in the inside. Spoke to the owner with no solution or even an apology. My car is new and there's no way I had those scratches before.
