Tim Liu, YOU ROCK!
We walked into this branch to open a Student Account for my nephew. Please don’t get me wrong, I have tried to get an appointment online however there was no availability for the day that he is available. So, anyway, knowing that people do schedule appointments but most of the time they do not commit to it whereas the Chase bankers wait for 15 minutes, what a waste! We hoped that they would take us in. I felt bad for the guy who was greeting customers at the door, he assured me that he’d do his best and checked with his colleagues but wasn’t successful, poor guy! None of them were with customers at that time. I explained to him our situation mentioned above. I believe Tim Liu heard us over his cubicle where he was sitting, and he was willing to help. Not only he was a good man, but he was also very smart, detail oriented and efficient with what he does. We are thankful; thus, I am spending the time writing this about him because he deserved it! Way to go Tim!

I have been with Chase for over 10 years. I have excellent credit and a 65% of purchase down payment. They were trying to charge $31,000 for closing costs!! go to a credit union not the big banks. Credit Unions charged $12,000 in closing costs.The incompetence and laziness at this branch almost cost me the property I was after.I even went to the managers manager and still was treated so badly. They don't respect you or your time.no ethics, no morals, no common decency were available to me at this branch.

I don't like it. They said they have a restroom when I went to make an account yesterday. When I deposited a check, they shamelessly lied that they don't have a restroom. The process of creating an account was fine. It was just unpleasant to lie so brazenly about no bathrooms today.

Teller was friendly and my total visit time for deposit was less than 5 minutes.Took me 45+ minutes to make the withdrawal down the street at Wells Fargo.

Can't speak about the people working at this particular bank location, but if you want to waste your time at their ATMs, this is the place to go. Of the last 4 times, the bank ATMs has had "technical problems". Lines of drive-up bank clients waiting just to be told both machines are not working. Highly inconvenient and unreliable. Do not waste your time at the ATMs.

No stars, Our business account is with Chase. Never had problems before till now. Our business is a non profit. I was a Signer for our account. Funny thing is, I logged on to check our account and had no access. I went to the bank only to be told that I was not on the account. I kept showing the documents I had with me and was told they could not give me information. I asked how was my name removed and was told that I had to have been present for them to remove me. Funny thing is I was there in the flesh, telling them that I WAS NOT PRESENT and they kept saying they couldn't help.Chase is good for personal banking, but for Business, you might want to take your business elsewhere. Worst case is , they could have given our business money to someone else and we are now just waiting for them to advise.WORST BANK FOR BUSINESS!

Not impressed with this location at all. My father had gone into this location and was sitting waiting for assistance but had been skipped, so when I had arrived, I was told that they will be closing (15 minutes left) and no longer accepting "walk in" even tho my father had been waiting all along and those who came in after he did would be helped. It wasn't even something that required much time. Since they had admitted to skipping my father who had been waiting, I would have expected them to make things right and helped him rather than tell him to go make an appointment for next time.

Highly recommend this branch. Ricky Wong showed highest level of customer service. He were very efficient and did everything faster when any of bankers which I worked before.

Thank you Nick for helping me set up my pin number for my debit card and for having it done quickly. Fast service and friendly. Chase is my bank and there are branches everywhere which makes it convenient.
