"FRY" is the guy! Went in there to order some shirts for a fallen colleague & rider. Only had one week's time to get them ready for a memorial service. Fry took care of the rush order (normally 2 weeks). Emailed proofs to confirm before he printed. Shirts came out nice, on time and good quality. Thank you brother!

Fast turn around on a last minute tshirt order. Great customer service. Great prices and great tshirts. While it's easy to use the online vendors which I have in the past - Bay Ink is both faster and has better service.

You will be lucky to get to work with Phri. Not only are his prices incredible but he is extremely thoughtful, helpful, and responsive. He helped me embroider 4 Patagonias which was too small an order for many other places. I feel so grateful he was willing to do them for me because the quality of his embroidery stands out from the rest! I couldn't recommend him more highly!

I am 50/50 about this place. They are fast and the quality of the job was done well- but it didn't follow the specifications I asked for and I'm not sure if it's bc the guy who I ordered from wasn't listening or just forgot. Came in to get a jacket embroidered for a friend. When I came in, the guy wasn't wearing a mask initially and was busy doing something on the computer. I waited a few minutes and kept my distance, finally when he was done and I started asking questions I still felt like he was distracted maybe from whatever he had just finished or paused on the computer. Anyway I explained to him what I wanted and he said he could do it. I wanted the embroidery to be done at the bottom of the sleeve which at the time he said he could do. He had me write down all the information on a piece of paper which I did trying to be as specific as possible. He told me it would be done within 3-4 days and to wait for their call. About 5 days went by and I didn't receive a call so I decided to follow up because I was on a bit of a time crunch (had to mail the item). When I called they said it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, they were locked even tho they said they would be open. I noticed a sign on the door saying if the door is locked to knock on the garage like door on the right side of the front door. When I knocked on the garage, nobody answered. I knocked multiple times and was there for about 10 minutes before I looked in and noticed there was someone sitting at the computer front desk. I wasn't sure if he had headphones on so I tried knocking again on the front door. Finally someone from somewhere else opened the door. When I got my item, I was surprised to see that the embroidery I asked for was on the shoulder and not on the bottom of the sleeve like I asked. When I asked they said they couldn't do the bottom of the sleeve bc of the way the jacket was made. I wish they had said that to me when I asked him last week about it or if he realized it to give me a call and ask me if I still wanted it on the shoulder that way I wouldnt be surprised when I picked up the jacket. The quality of the job was nice and overall the jacket came out nice. I just felt like the communication wasn't all that great. If I ever needs other item embroidered I would come back here but I'd make sure that I'd be even more detailed and let them know if they can't do it to ask me before doing it. The jacket is a surprise so I haven't given it to the person it's a gift for yet, but I'm hoping she likes it still. I think it came out nice.

Phri was excellent. I had 14. North face jackets that needed to get embroidered. I've had bad embroidery done before so I was very particular to get this right on expensive jackets. Phri came through. He gave me his input on the font, size, color of the embroidery. He emailed me multiple models until I was satisfied. Embroidery was excellent and well done. My office loves the jackets and get a lot of complements on it. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on the stitching, it was very clean and balanced on the lettering. They got it done pretty quick too. Definitely recommend this place based on quality and professionalism. From what I saw, they do jerseys, work shirts, back packs, and I got a apron stitched.

I struggled with finding a good printing place till I came across Bay Ink. Great place that was super efficient and extremely responsive. Was able to help me understand the process as a first timer to printing out clothes. Great service and would recommend to anyone!

The best shirt printing place you'll find on the Peninsula hands down. Budget, service, quality, and turnaround time were awesome. I emailed at least 10 other places asking for quotes for 15 women's t-shirts and Bay Ink Screen had the best price and was the most professional. They sent over a professional quote within a couple of hours of me asking. I just sent them a pic of what I wanted printed (found on Pinterest/Google Image Search) and they were able to create a mock (free of charge and the result looked exactly like what I was looking for and I didn't have to ask for any changes). Bay Ink Screen was also the only place that offered to do a gold "foil" print for the same price as regular silkscreen print colors. Phri, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. I went into the shop to check out the shirts and he was so knowledgeable and was patient while I even tried a couple of things on so I could get the sizing right. This is my go-to silkscreen printing shop for sure. There really isn't any point checking out other shops.

I worked with Phri and he was super helpful. I had a last minute project that needed to be completed for a client for polo shirts and he went above and beyond to help me. The polos came out way better than we ever expected and our client was super impressed. Thank you Bay Ink for coming through clutch! I would definitely recommend them and will keep them in mind for future projects!
