Neal was very reassuring and professional when helping me diagnose my computer issues. He was also in fact ready to go at a moments notice and got straight to business. He fixed my PC in under 20 minutes when this issue last me a couple days which showed his experience that he has. Definitely recommend him to anyone who has computer issues and he has been my go to guy for over 2 years now.

Excellent response and quality of work. One of my drivers was faulty after an automatic update and I lost my ability to connect to wifi. I messaged in yelp and got a call back From Neil within 10 minutes! He was able to help me the same day. Problemshooted the issue, figuring out if it was hardware vs software. He gave my computer a system check and update and everything was fixed. So simple and seamless. No frills and no fuss. Neil knows his stuff and is so fast. Highly recommend!
