This Walgreens is the closest to our home & it's the one that's in our insurance network so we have to use them. Unfortunately they have the worst customer service personnel in the pharmacy. Their not helpful at all & when you call in your on hold for over 20 minutes & then the call gets disconnected. I had to call back 3 times before someone finally picked up my call.

best walgreens in San Bernardino. i've been coming here to this location over all of the other ones for 2 years. the employees are very kind, and very helpful. Every time i go pick up my prescription, Michael is always up front ready to greet me with the friendliest smile! Nicole is also super great! always helpful, and they recognize their customers which makes me feel appreciated. Rosemary has a bit of attitude, and never willing to step away from what she is currently doing to help me. The other employees go above and beyond. i will always recommend this Walgreens.

Came to see what Walgreens had for St Patrick's day and Easter. There was one whole side of shelves empty. There was only a few items up for Easter. Maybe I'll come back again later to see what they have.

It appears to me that the pharmacy is filled with incompetent people who have no idea what they're doing. I don't recommend this place.

Horrible I tried getting prescriptions sent in by my doctor and they statated new law they have certain amount of days to fill any new prescription if your sick basically you loose out really bad also they say they are back logged so be careful if your expectation is to come pick up you won't get good customer service

This is a perfect example in my opinion that Walgreens does not care or is indifferent of the neighborhood. After informing manager of the issue, she was totally indifferent.

I have very little choice than to go to this Walgreens to get my dogs anti-siezure medications, at an hour drive round trip they are the closest. I've been going here for 9 months now, and there have been issues almost EVERY time. They never order the medications in time even though they are 6 month prescriptions that MUST be filled each month. They continually short me on her medication, causing me to make multiple trips (each trip costs approximately $12 in gas). They treat me like a drug addict for trying to pick up both medications on the same trip (seriously, they would not refill one of them FOUR days early) even though the amount of the prescription is obviously for a small animal and wouldn't have any effect on a human. The way I am treated there is as if I'm a criminal. There is no warrent fir this. They say it is the law, but i looked it up and this is what they are supposed to do with drug abusers - it is NOT the law for every day normal people. If you can avoid going here it's a very smart decision. If it wasn't cruel to my dog I would skip a dose and bring her in so they would hear her screams as she has one grand mal seizure after another.

So the day I left the bad feedback, and after being on hold forever a few times for the pharmacy, I called and spoke to the store manager and she got me on the phone with the pharmacy manager, who apologized for the mix up, let me know I could come and they would fill my animals prescriptions. I went back to drop them off today, and the guy at the window was AWESOME!! very different experience from just a few days ago. He checked everything, made profiles for my animals and let me know pricing for each prescription and also informed me of a savings program they offer to help cut the cost down a lot. Once I go to pick up the medication, if everything goes well I will change this to a 5 star review based on today's experience, I just need to get the medication filled before I go that far.

Everytime I spend at least 20 minutes in the drive thru pharmacy. Today I spent 40 minutes to get my medicines. Girl by the name of Alba, thats what she said her name was, gave me so much attitude and took her time on purpose. Worst Walgreens ever. Management needs to fix this.

One employee knows how to work the register/count money/give change back. Every other employee I have delt with at this store is too stupid to do their job and I have to tell them how to help me. I usually go in to load a PayPal card. -I had an employee count $400 three times: I handed her $500. -Today I handed the employee cash, and in the part where they input the amount I gave them, they kept telling me to swipe my card for payment. Four times I told them I already swiped my card and that it is waiting for them to input the payment type/amount. Four times I had to tell them it is waiting for them. But since this person works 47 jobs and is too tired... blah blah blah... I don't care! You should know how to do your job! -I've also had an employee ask why I always load money on a card, and ask personal questions to make sure I'm not dealing drugs or laundering money. Yes, they learn this in their training, but I do not need to answer... and it's because someone has been using my ssn for years and I cannot open a checking account/credit card because of them. So moving money from a saving to a prepaid card is the only thing I can do. (Now you all know too.) Two stars for the one person who knows what they are doing.

Samantha has a HORRIBLE attitude! I called in about 10 minutes ago to see if my package has been received to the store (VIA Fedex since i was not going to be home i chose this option for order pick up) her response "what package!?" With the ugliest attitude !!! A great customer service rep would ask what my name was & OR my order number . If I could give her 0 stars for HORRIBLE customer service I would. SORRY you chose to work at Walgreens Samantha. When my order is ready I will be asking to speak to management.

This Walgreens location is the best and my fav. Its my little secret I've been coming here for over a year and it's always well stocked, organized, clean with calm atmosphere, never overcrowded. Today, I met the manager of this Walgreens, his name is Thai and he is the absolute best! Thai is a friendly person but he runs a tight ship. Now I know why I love this location. It's a reflection of his high standards and hard work. Sooo the neighborhood has its "challenges" and the staff at Walgreens deals with everything so graciously. Honestly, it's impressive and needs to be acknowledged and applauded. I know Walgreens is a huge corporation and all but it's also my neighborhood drugstore and it's made up of people and those people seem to really care and do an excellent job and that means something to me. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!!

I'm flabbergasted!!! No matter how much you buy in this store, you will pay .10 per bag!!! At first, I thought that it was a store thing but, turns out.... it's a California thing!!! How on earth do you go green when there's vehicles that take gas, pollution and trash all over? I'll never understand this! California should get rid of all gas stations, and add plug- in pumps! Give me a break!!! Oh then...everywhere you look... all of the healthy restaurants and gyms on every corner.... yeah, ok!!! Smdh Anyway, I stopped here to grab graduation cards and small gifts! Of course, I carried it out in my hand as at first, I thought it was a store clerk joke to charge for their bags ... it was the principle for me at the time but now that, I noticed it was a Cali thing, I woulda scraped up the 10 pennies Let's not even discuss the $4.59 per gallon gas prices!!! Jeeshe I'll just stay in Arizona and drive to the beach when I wanna get away... however if you Californians keep moving to Arizona... we're next with charging for bags and paying $5 per gallon for gas I wouldn't blame ya for moving though So gimmicky and pathetic! It's a wonder why Californians are relocating to Arizona and Texas The cashier was my 5 star reasoning, she was nice and understood my "oh heavens sake" moment
