Bought the hubby watches as an early Christmas present ? He got what he wanted and is pleased. Carlos was very fair on price for both watches. He was an awesome help and knowledgeable on the watches. He adjusted the links and set the time, and hubby and I left the store happy that we stopped in.

May 7, 2022 I took my watch to the inland center mall you get a battery I started from kay jewelers all the way down to watch works and no one could help they all said they would have to mail it in and then let me know if it was just the battery and give me a quote I ended up at watch works and I walked in and the lady and man that were there were so nice they got me a battery and I was on my way 5 minutes 16 dollars later I am so happy ?

I repair watches and I need two new batteries ASAP, so rather than ordering 2 batteries online at about $1.60 ea, I walked in and bought them. I asked the yound man at the counter how much the two batteries would cost and he said about $15. I turns out it was $14.99 each! So After paying I asked how much a full esrvice would cost and he said $14.99 included new batteries. In other words he charged me 2 full services instead of just for the batteries. I felt scammed but decided to let thing be. I will be buying my watch suppies online from now on.

The woman running this wonderful watch store on Sundays is just a delight and super helpful and friendly. The prices for replacing a watch battery are the best around. They have a good selection of watch brands to choose from if you are interested in buying a new watch. The prices for watches are very good. This store is located in the Inland center right by Macy's. So if you need a new battery for a loved watch or you are in the market for a new one shop at Watch Works. They can also repair or clean your watch movement as needed. I will be bringing all of my business to this store from now on.

This place is great they were able to fix my watch very quickly they give a fireman police officer and military discount they have a wide range of watches I'm sure they can find something that would be helpful for youI am not positive of all the services they provide but I do know they install batteries Fix watches clean watches and probably much more if you would like to give them a call

Eddie, Christine, Carlos And Rahul will give you the best customer service you'd ever experience. Good discounts on all jewelry and watches. If they don have something your cooking for. They'll order it for you.

Good customer service and great prices on watches if they don't have the watch you want they can always order it for you. Christine is very helpful and knowledgeable on watches and she goes out of her way to get the watch you want.
