Staff continues to switch, the new ones lie about items not having a price or cash app not working. Majority are rude but place is clean most of the time parking is big enough and ATM works in there items are organized.....

Worst costumer service I experience the pharmacy staff don’t answer the phone ,and when I picked up my prescription the on the drive thru the woman who’s attending the window is very rude no good costumer service skill, Walgreens Pharmacy department need to improve their good costumer service .

The worst customer service I have experienced. The pharmacy staff never answer their phone and when they do they hang up and you have to call again. When I transferred my prescriptions the another pharmacy it took 5 hours of trying to contact them. I made a good decision leaving. Watch out for the homeless people that live in the parking lot!

This pharmacy is COMPLETELY inept. The female Asian pharmacist is surprisingly ignorant. How many customers has she hurt due to her lack of knowledge? I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. BEWARE

This store should simply be shut down. They have stuff as simple and inexpensive as ibuprofen locked up. You have to go to the front of the store to get them to try to find someone to unlock it for you. By the time you get your ibuprofen or whatever, you've been there half an hour. Disgraceful.

The medicine is never ready even if 5 days pass and almost always there is not what the doctor leaves me, lately they say that the doctor has not left anything and the doctor says yes, this has already happened 4 times

I choose one star but they deserve no stars what so ever at pharmacy dept. I went to pick my prescription today at the drive thru and I arrived at 11:29 am, it took up to 11:45 for the only customer ahead of me to moved, then nobody at the window, wait 3 minutes and pressed the service buttom, someone says I'll be right there, waited 3 more minutes and a girl came to the window asking what do I need, so, told her that she never apologized for the waiting and she started giving me an attitude, making the long story short she let me wait 10 more minutes, she said that I was yelling at her when I was not, this place need to train their pharmacy employes in customer service, she was very rude and of course, like always only one person helping drive thru and lobby and maybe 5 people with the pharmacist, I am taking my business out of this pharmacy, they are rude and make you wait all the time with no apologies, and Walgreens says that they need to help customers or patients fast so they come back, as per myself I will do all that is in my hands to tell my family and friends not to go there.
